My wife and I were in the Kruvan sanatorium for 2 weeks in September. We will say our reviews of the sanatorium are BAD. Medical care is at an average level (like at a large train station), everyone has a schedule, but everyone is in a hurry, they ask to be accepted if possible and everything is reflected in the quality of the procedures, with gas injections it’s just a disaster, everyone is standing in line in their underpants (the staff doesn’t react at all). You need to remind the attending physician what package of procedures you purchased (forgot about the blood test, follow-up appointment with the doctor, or is this their practice) When talking with the doctor that some procedures are not carried out in full, he said to contact the older sister!!! Karlovy Vary is a good resort, this is not the first time we have had a vacation, but Krivan left only negative feelings about treatment and relaxation. (Only negative) We travel a lot, but we have not seen such an attitude for a long time (we tried not to pay attention, at least get some rest) Yes, about trips to Prague, then you need to abandon the procedures on Thursday (the point of going to the resort, I think that’s what it’s designed for). This is our opinion, never again in Krivan.
