Karlovy Vary is a place where everyone should be visiting at least once in their life time. Very beatiful architecture and overall extremely nice place to visit. The custemer service people would need some education in general but there were also highly professional in some cases, such as Diana restaurant. Taxi drivers were mostly quite bad and took us to wrong places in spite of printed instructions.
