It was my husband and I’s first time in Karlovy Vary. I just fell in love with this city. Such beautiful, unique architecture, good climate, cleanliness, the opportunity for cultural leisure - all this left an excellent impression. My wife and I booked the hotel for 2 weeks, but we liked it so much that we extended our vacation for another week. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the city, daily cleaning, swimming pool, hammam, tea room, friendly staff. We would like to especially mention the food. For the first time we encountered a kitchen corresponding to a resort for the treatment of gastrointestinal tract - every morning 2 delicious porridges to choose from, sliced sausages and cheeses, omelets, juices and, for those who were healthy enough, salads, as well as butter, honey, jam, raisins, yoghurts, tea, cocoa . The culinary specialist spoiled us with fresh and delicious pastries and biscuits every morning. At lunch we appreciated the creamy soups, borscht and main dishes upon request. Thanks to the restaurant workers Pavel and Tatyana for their good and high-quality work. I really liked the hotel staff. At the reception, the beautiful and smart Martina quickly resolved all issues, the friendly maids did everything efficiently and quickly. We thank Irena for organizing a wonderful excursion and convenient transfers. Thank you to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you in the future.

Some kind of fairy tale, suddenly in the middle of the forest, either little Vienna or Budapest. An amazing city, and in any weather. I will definitely come again, especially if it’s only a week’s vacation.
