Good morning. The hotel and resort are excellent, but, unfortunately, the return transfer took 11 hours to Munich (04/1/2023)! After 2 hours of driving, the minibus broke down and stopped at the nearest gas station. The Sanatorium workers did not answer the phone and it was impossible to find out anything, and only after 6 hours a replacement arrived, plus another 3 hours on the road (and more than 20 euros left at the gas station for a snack and warm drinks to warm up). I understand that technical problems happen, but informing customers and quickly resolving such situations is the key to service!
