The hotel is centrally located and very close to the springs. The room was very well equipped and modernly renovated. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The fact that the menu in the restaurant is fixed for 4 days was new to me and not really pleasant, there are still deficiencies in this area. The spa town itself is worth a visit, but after a week it might get boring. The spa area in the hotel is cozy but really very clear. Overall I would give it 8 out of 10!

We were in Carlsbad for the season opening in April. There were still few people there. It was very pleasant. We also had great weather. Mountain air and enchanting landscapes. Highly recommended.
