Hello We had a very nice vacation at your hotel. The main problem was thart most of the staff do not speak English and it made it uncomftable. For example, in the treatmants they told us in Czech to go to the second floor but we did not understand and we stayed down, and as we did not arrive they were angry at us. My wife did not like the co2 injections and asked to change it. The secretary told that to the Doctor and she really start to shout at us that it is not correct. (the doctor was not the first one who interview us- she was very delicate to us). We had a wonderful room, it was always clean, the hotel is located in a very good place, the staff in the dinning room was gentel and the food was 75% tasty for us. Wishing you the best Moti Keidar

In Karlovy Vary there is not only healthy water, crowds of crazy vacationers on the promenade and Becherovka, but also beautiful nature around the sanatorium area. I advise you to take Nordic walking poles with you and walk more in the forest, enjoy the fresh air and strengthen your immune system.

The resort is one of a kind, it really helps. I would like there to be control over the quality of food in sanatoriums. Food should be fresh, without the use of yesterday's leftovers, not over-salted, taking into account vegetarians.
