The hotel is located almost in the very center near all sources on a pedestrian street. Very helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised that if you don’t have time for dinner and notify in advance, your portion can be left at the reception so that you can pick it up at a time convenient for you (we did this when we went on an excursion). For dinner you order food a day in advance (one to choose from three different dishes) NOT a buffet! The double room is quite spacious with functional furniture. We did not order the procedures, so we cannot evaluate them. We want to go again, we liked everything very much. .

Karlovy Vary is highly recommended - beautiful houses and facades. Large and good range of shops and restaurants. And of course the springs with healing water. The one high-rise building didn't necessarily have to be there because it spoils the overall impression.
