Fabulous! If you get bored inside the city, there is always the opportunity to organize a trip and explore the surrounding area; we went to a ski resort with a child 20 minutes from Karlovy Vary and on excursions with the sanatorium company.

The hotel is nice, a little further away from the center, but that wasn't a problem, we went out 2-3 times to go for a walk. The staff is nice, everyone is helpful. The food was good and there was plenty of choice, something for everyone. The girls in the restaurant are all polite and hardworking. The treatments were great, I especially liked the massage. We had an apartment Lux, very nicely furnished, unfortunately my wife woke up after the first night with red, swollen eyes and a runny nose. Then we discovered that the pillows were filled with feathers, the maid replaced the pillows, unfortunately that didn't solve the problem, because there was a sofa in the living room made of feathers. My wife was sick for 2 weeks and looked bad. But I don't want to call that a negative thing, I would rather perhaps exchange all the pillows over time. And it wouldn't be a bad idea to make a few rooms allergy-free. So that you can ask for them next time. Otherwise everything was great, thank you everyone.

The location is great. I don't recommend the hotel. The staff is not very friendly. Especially the nurse in the baths. The food is not tasty. Especially fish dishes. The coffee is cold. The buns are not fresh. The range of dishes is very limited.

Karlovy Vary is a very beautiful place! The Savoy Hotel is a wonderful place, the rooms are excellent, cleaning is done only in the absence of guests, the maids were not seen at all! The staff is polite and attentive, everyone speaks Russian and German! The food is delicious, fresh and very varied (we stayed for 13 days). Procedures for every taste! The head physician, Dr. Spišak, is competent and attentive, takes into account all wishes when choosing all procedures! His specialty is endocrinology, which is almost everyone today! Thanks to the hotel! I can only recommend it!!!!
