Karlovy Vary is a beautiful spa town. It's just a shame that the hiking trails aren't marked in several languages. So you didn't know where to get out on a long hike! Many attractions. But there was nothing in German in the hotel either!

This is not our first time in Karlovy Vary. We really liked the hotel, the service is excellent, the procedures and rooms are clean, the staff is as polite as possible and accurately fulfills their duties. The rooms are spacious with modern furniture. The food is good and varied. We liked the work of the representatives of your side: the transfer works perfectly, everything on the side is clear and you can quickly navigate, but there was a problem with paying for the reservation due to the time difference when the payment arrived, I tried to pay but the yellow button did not work, I struggled until the morning, sent several notifications , but you had a night, and in the morning I already lost my reservation!!! Thank God that one of your representatives called via Viber, sent a new page with a yellow inscription for payment and I managed to pay for the trip, but it took almost 48 hours. And everything was fine. I hope that we will book our next vacation through your website. My wife and I were very nervous about this.

It was very easy for me to book a hotel with treatment, payment was made after the stay, the price was very affordable. The transfer service is excellent: the driver was waiting for me at the airport around midnight and delivered me to the hotel very quickly. I was very grateful to him. Upon arrival at the hotel at night, the concierge was waiting with a large plate full of cold appetizers for a late dinner. He helped me bring my luggage to my room. Great service! The Karlovy Vary resort is one of the most wonderful places I have visited. I want to come again and again and bring a large group of American tourists (my friends and family). The only thing that would be good is to add people who could speak and understand English.
