I'm also very pleased with the portal. I found out about this portal by chance, compared it with the price of booking through a local travel agency, the difference is impressive. Booking is very easy and hassle-free. They remind you that the deadline for free cancellation of the order expires, and if you had to unexpectedly cancel the order (as for example last year due to new conditions for entry into the Czech Republic), you very simply clicked on the “cancel order” button and received a confirmation in a minute. I was pleasantly surprised. If something is not clear, as happens with older people, they explain everything patiently, without irritation and very politely. I now recommend this portal to everyone. Transport is also very well organized; they picked us up from the doorstep and brought us back. Many thanks to all the employees of this portal and see you next time.
