Karlovy Vary is a beautiful and unique health resort. The spa promenade is extraordinary! Public transport in the center sometimes runs every 20 minutes. We were able to park our car completely at the hotel for the entire 14 day stay. Unfortunately, only one trip to Loket using public transport didn't work out because of the poor frequency of the buses and the long journey times by train. It can be felt that a change is taking place due to the absence of Russian tourists. The tourism industry has obviously specialized very much in Russian guests. Perhaps more attention should be paid to German tourists and some offers should be formulated not in Cyrillic but in German. People are also used to a larger musical offering in Marienbad: in Karlovy Vary there were no street musicians or spa concerts in the colonnades.
