High level hotel, I liked absolutely everything! Food: varied buffet, lots of fruits, fresh vegetable salads, fish, meat, all cooked very tasty. A wonderful team of chefs, always smiling waiters, thank you very much!!! The treatment, in my opinion, is at a very high level (I was in Karlovy Vary for the seventh time and there is something to compare with). The treatment base is excellent, all procedures are of high quality and are carried out exactly at the appointed time, which is very convenient. A wonderful real massage, the doctor did a great job of giving gas injections, they helped a lot. Thank you very much to all the girls working in the hotel's medical department. A clean and comfortable counter-current swimming pool, open all day, really complemented my wonderful holiday! The rooms are clean and the girls quickly and quietly cleaned everything for relaxation. Thanks to the reception staff for their help on all issues from printing out boarding passes to calling a taxi; you could always turn to them for any help and they helped with everything. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to meeting the wonderful hotel staff next year. Thanks to all the staff!!! You are a great team, I don’t want to leave you!!!

We stayed in a luxury room from March 10 to March 23, 2019. Incredibly rude staff. They asked to check out at 11 am, although check-out is at 12.00. The reason is the desire to leave for lunch (that's what the receptionist said). We had to abandon some of the procedures because... for one of the procedures - magnetotherapy, the wife was 3 (!) minutes late. The door to the office was already closed. I had to figure it out using a video camera. It was very disgusting. In the deluxe room where we lived, the sofa was torn. My wife had to sew it up herself. The TV remote control did not work because... was from another TV system. The Internet practically did not work. The pastries in the dining room were all from the nearby Billa store and were always not fresh. Often two types of fish differed only in name. The doctor, instead of three times, only saw you once upon arrival and his only desire was to get rid of you as soon as possible. All the promised tests (glycated hemoglobin) were forgotten. You can't even sit down at the reception. All the faces of the staff, with the exception of the staff on the minus first floor and the masseuses, express extreme indifference and a desire for you to disappear as soon as possible. Хочу отметить, что мы заказали диван для обивки, мы пока не хотим убирать его из комнаты, если это было такой проблемой для Вас, нужно было сказать нам об этом, мы не оставили бы это в комнате. В связи с поздним прибытием работник извинился, дверь закрылась, но стука не было, я знаю, что проблема решена, и Вам было было предложено обменяться процедурами. Кондитерские изделия изготовляют у нас каждое утро в пекарне, если ассортимент в магазине Билла похож, в этом нет ничего плохого, рыба всегда двух видов и чередуется. На стойке регистрации Вы можете воспользоваться лобби-баром по соседству. Консультации с врачом можно заказать у медсестер. При отъезде выезд с нами в 12:00, прибытие в 11:15 и выход из номера в 11: 45 Никто никого никогда из номера не выгоняет

Good quality resort, great location. Receptionists Svetlana and Igor are great - they simply solve problems. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. Everything in the room was fine (except for the first few days when it was warm). The food is decent. I was examined at a nearby sanatorium - in SAVVOI. I was pleased with everything - everything was GREAT. And if I go to Karlovy Vary, it will probably be SAVVOI.Negatives
I arrived five thousand km away, and at the reception Elena said that I arrived 18 minutes earlier and that I should walk in the rain until 14-00. There are no sofas at the reception to sit and wait. The first few days it was cold in the room and we had to sleep in clothes. The TV remote control did not work, they replaced it after two warnings. At the massage, when they asked if I had a massage in Russia, I honestly said that in Russia I was given a MASSAGE. And here they pet him like a kitten. And at the same time, I received a bunch of negativity - and that she hates communism, and the Russians bought everything here, etc. I was 11 minutes late for inhalation due to tests - they sent me without the procedure - although there were free places. Yes, I think it’s my own fault - I was warned. In Russian and Turkish sanatoriums they will still do the procedure. The Internet did not work - they told me to look anywhere on the floors and in the corners and there you can work standing. The lobby bar was not working - evening coffee was over. Спасибо за ваш отзыв, хотим сообщить, что check-in у нас в 14:00, если гости приезжают раньше, а номер свободен или убран уже, могут поселиться раньше, в другом случае - могут посидеть в комнате, рядом с регистратурой, где проходит встреча клиентов с их делегатом, также там хороший интернет. Процедуру вы получаете,даже в случае опоздания, только вас предупредили, что в следующий раз не опаздывать. Нам жаль , что ваш отдых не был приятным у на. Но Вы можете наш отель сравнить с отелем Savoy 5****, это другая категория и высшие цены

We rested in the Tchaikovsky sanatorium 23.02-5.03. I had an anniversary, my husband had a birthday. In this regard, we received a compliment from the Hotel - a room of a higher category with a view of Sadovaya (very beautiful view!) and free Becherevka in the Tchaikovsky Palace Bar. To say that we enjoyed our vacation is an understatement! We were absolutely delighted with the room, the buffet, the service, the procedures, the weather (it was sunny, up to 17 degrees during the day) and Karlovy Vary in general! We healed, walked around the mountains and the city, breathed in the incredibly “delicious” air, soaked up the surrounding Beauty!.. We had a great 10 days! A huge THANK YOU to everyone, everyone, everyone who took care of us these days - fed us delicious food, carefully looked after us during procedures, kept the room clean, solved organizational issues... A huge THANKS TO EVERYONE! We hope to meet again!))) P.S, We travel a lot. Believe me, we have something to compare with!Negatives

I liked everything, there’s not enough space to list it all. This includes the friendliness of the staff and the clear organization during the procedures - everything was done on time, we discussed the necessary with the doctor and chose the optimal course for me. Special thanks to the cooks at the sanatorium - a variety of dishes, everything is delicious. The location of the sanatorium is a short walk along a slightly inclined street, it’s not annoying. Everything around is beautiful and the walk is simply a pleasure; the springs are about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. And I also say a big thank you to the drivers who work in the transfer service. Accurate, on time, polite guys. I'll definitely come back.

Hi all! I rested at the Tchaikovsky Palace sanatorium at the end of November 2018. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation and treatment!!! They processed me quickly. The room was small, but cozy and clean. They cleaned it every day and had everything you needed. In the treatment department, all the girls are friendly, especially during water procedures. EVERYONE SPEAKS RUSSIAN WELL, which is very convenient for vacationers. I would SEPARATELY WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE COOKS!!! A varied menu and everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated! If you need to have breakfast early to go on an excursion, there is no problem at all, you just need to notify the restaurant staff in the evening and they will serve you early. The location of the sanatorium is very interesting, you can go out onto Sadovaya Street, go downstairs and you will come out to the “Snake” colonnade, or you can go out onto the street, which is located higher and then you need to walk a little to the left side of the entrance and you will see a beautifully restored church and then it begins a park area where the air is so fresh and clean, you can’t breathe it in. The paths are marked by numbers, there is a map near the bus stop, choose a route and go! Just remember that you need good, or rather comfortable, shoes! I really love this sanatorium, I’ve been there three times. I don’t understand people who write negative reviews. All people, seemingly adults, when purchasing vouchers, probably see the prices of other hotels, as they say, “feel the difference.” Excellent affordable prices and excellent value prices and quality. I've been to Karlovy Vary eight times, and I've been to other sanatoriums as well. And to "Imperial", and to "Dvorak", and to "Royal Regain". Take my word for it, "Tchaikovsky" is simply magnificent.

Basically I liked everything and have very good memories. Clean, comfortable, good location, close to the center and springs. All procedures take place at the appointed time without delays. Very friendly restaurant staff. A little late, in my opinion, breakfast starts at 7.30, but in case of early departure for an excursion, you can come early. Not negative, just a wish. I wish there were more vegetable dishes on the restaurant menu. In general, the food is good and varied, a good selection of salads, a lot of fruit, several meat dishes to choose from, fish too every day. But on some days I wanted to do without meat and fish. Some kind of hot vegetable dish, or casserole - vegetable or cottage cheese, would be ideal. Another minus I can note is the weak internet in the room. If you go out into the corridor, everything is immediately wonderful. May depend on the location of the room. I had one with a window onto the courtyard.

Если вы хотели в день отъезда процедуры, нужно было сказать сестре о времени, как правило, никто не хочет процедуры в день отъезда, Количество процедур, безусловно, соблюдалось, всё по договоренности.
