I think something needs to be done about the food. Breakfast is i. O. But at dinner the meat, potatoes, rice or pasta were distributed with a ladle on the plate. For example, four pieces of goulash were put on the plate. I was out for 4 hours in the afternoon and had quite an appetite. You can't get through the night counting out the side dishes! You would also have to season more, e.g. B. with herbs, salt and pepper. There was no dressing for the fresh salad, and everything on the bottles above the salad was only in Czech. Cleaning - they came very early every day, although I repeatedly asked to do it later, the ladies were very unpleasant and angry. We had 2 meals a day. To say bad things is putting it mildly! There is no variety at all, floating salads, and very little food, if you come later, you don’t have to come at all. All the food looked unmarketable; we didn’t want to go at all, which is basically what we did... this is not our first time in KV, so there is something to compare with. It has never happened before that we didn’t eat at a hotel. For dinner there is always only one thing, I mean meat, there was no fish for 2 weeks... for tea in the evening there was very rarely one type of pastry that was left over from the morning! There were no fruits or vegetables. In short, it was very, very noticeable that they were saving... it was unpleasant and of course no one was going to return there again.Positives

The transfer to the hotel was terrible, instead of 13:00 we left at 14:30 and stayed on the road for 5 hours, instead of 2.5-3, and I assumed that there would be a small bus with 7-8 seats, which by the way was on the way back and we got home perfectly . But on the way to Karlovy Vary there was a rather large bus with 19 seats, the bus was very cramped and uncomfortable. We got the last seats, the backs of which did not recline; it was so dark and it was already difficult to breathe. APositives

Everyone is waiting for the procedures when you arrive, you didn’t have to wait anywhere, everything was scheduled on time. Dear employees of Sanatoriums.com, we kindly request you to update the commercials for the Tchaikovsky sanatorium. Your video regarding services and food is not 100 percent true. We were honestly shocked by the quality of the food, if it can be called food at all, especially with regard to dinner. During our week of stay, we couldn’t talk about any variety, once we were given 30 gram cutlets, and when my husband asked for two, he was simply refused for the reason that there wasn’t enough for everyone, salads are loudly said, tomatoes and cucumbers are also in limited quantities, fruit - only watermelon and not fresh, but there’s a special word for baking, one evening they put out ice cream, but that evening there was no baking for tea, and also if someone didn’t come right away for dinner, people didn’t even have enough food. In general, to say bad is to say nothing. And at the last breakfast there was generally rotten carbasa. As for the services, thanks to the sisters, the procedures are carried out, but also not all of them, and only they saved our stay in Tchaikovsky, and even if you want to get something additional, these procedures may simply not be available. Therefore, there is no point in buying the full package. The rooms were clean and cleaning was done every day; nothing bad can be said. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this hotel. Мы уверены, что теперь все гости будут довольны!Касаемо лечения - можно выбрать лечебный пакет с процедурами: "Полный курс" лечения или "Легкий", количество предлагаемых процедур в отеле всегда соблюдается.
