I think something needs to be done about the food. Breakfast is i. O. But at dinner the meat, potatoes, rice or pasta were distributed with a ladle on the plate. For example, four pieces of goulash were put on the plate. I was out for 4 hours in the afternoon and had quite an appetite. You can't get through the night counting out the side dishes! You would also have to season more, e.g. B. with herbs, salt and pepper. There was no dressing for the fresh salad, and everything on the bottles above the salad was only in Czech. German was missing! Nevertheless, I was satisfied. A beautiful house!

The location is convenient, the views are fantastic, all the staff are very friendly, the food is very good, homemade, the rooms are comfortable, linen and towels are clean, nice that there are bathrobes and slippers. Cleaning - they came very early every day, although I repeatedly asked to do it later, the ladies were very unpleasant and angry. We had 2 meals a day. To say bad things is putting it mildly! There is no variety at all, floating salads, and very little food, if you come later, you don’t have to come at all. All the food looked unmarketable; we didn’t want to go at all, which is basically what we did... this is not our first time in KV, so there is something to compare with. It has never happened before that we didn’t eat at a hotel. For dinner there is always only one thing, I mean meat, there was no fish for 2 weeks... for tea in the evening there was very rarely one type of pastry that was left over from the morning! There were no fruits or vegetables. In short, it was very, very noticeable that they were saving... it was unpleasant and of course no one was going to return there again.

During the 14 days of stay in the sanatorium, the bed linen was changed only once. Sometimes they did wet cleaning in the toilet room. The living room was not cleaned, the dust was not even wiped off. Treatment procedures are at a very low level. This resort did not meet my expectations.

excellent location of the hotel - exactly in the middle of the city. slightly on a hill. everything is nearby: springs, forest, and park. The sound insulation in the hotel is just super, cleanliness, very pleasant service, everyone understands or speaks Russian. I'm delighted, for 6 days I gained strength, rested, healed - yes, 6 days was enough. If you have the opportunity, come for a longer time. There is something to do in the city, something to see. We were in Karlovy Vary for the first time and were very pleased that the road to the springs went down the mountain, which I can even rate as a plus, we walked almost 10,000 steps every day, which is very important for full treatment with mineral watersNegatives
The transfer to the hotel was terrible, instead of 13:00 we left at 14:30 and stayed on the road for 5 hours, instead of 2.5-3, and I assumed that there would be a small bus with 7-8 seats, which by the way was on the way back and we got home perfectly . But on the way to Karlovy Vary there was a rather large bus with 19 seats, the bus was very cramped and uncomfortable. We got the last seats, the backs of which did not recline; it was so dark and it was already difficult to breathe. A

it is dirty, they put us in a room where there was 1 cm of dust on the wardrobe, the dining room is brought in aluminum pans (which is forbidden!), the salads are sour since the previous day only with the addition of some other product, they do not give fruit for lunch or dinner, slices of oranges for breakfast This is all that happened during my 10-day stay! It seems that there are no fruit trees in the Czech Republic: apple trees, pears, plums, etc. Many treatment rooms do not work, such as the Sharko shower, etc.

I liked everything: accommodation, daily change of towels, room cleaning. There is a lot of different food, from dietary to classic. Everyone is waiting for the procedures when you arrive, you didn’t have to wait anywhere, everything was scheduled on time. And of course, evening relaxation: a swimming pool with cool water and a sauna. After such a day, you fall asleep and rest until the morning.Negatives

Dear employees of Sanatoriums.com, we kindly request you to update the commercials for the Tchaikovsky sanatorium. Your video regarding services and food is not 100 percent true. We were honestly shocked by the quality of the food, if it can be called food at all, especially with regard to dinner. During our week of stay, we couldn’t talk about any variety, once we were given 30 gram cutlets, and when my husband asked for two, he was simply refused for the reason that there wasn’t enough for everyone, salads are loudly said, tomatoes and cucumbers are also in limited quantities, fruit - only watermelon and not fresh, but there’s a special word for baking, one evening they put out ice cream, but that evening there was no baking for tea, and also if someone didn’t come right away for dinner, people didn’t even have enough food. In general, to say bad is to say nothing. And at the last breakfast there was generally rotten carbasa. As for the services, thanks to the sisters, the procedures are carried out, but also not all of them, and only they saved our stay in Tchaikovsky, and even if you want to get something additional, these procedures may simply not be available. Therefore, there is no point in buying the full package. The rooms were clean and cleaning was done every day; nothing bad can be said. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this hotel. And one more thing, there is no connection with the main building, since Tchaikovsky Palast has been closed for 2 years, we also only found out on the spot.Answer from Spa Hotel Cajkovskij

Мы уверены, что теперь все гости будут довольны!Касаемо лечения - можно выбрать лечебный пакет с процедурами: "Полный курс" лечения или "Легкий", количество предлагаемых процедур в отеле всегда соблюдается. Прохода и входа в здание Палас нет, все выходы к бассейну и колоннадам с фонтанами - со стороны гостиницы Чайковский, с Садовой улицы. Еще раз благодарим за Ваш отзыв, мы стараемся для Вас!
