Spa hotel is very cozy, all rooms, in my opinion, are well equipped, they have everything necessary for a comfortable stay, "St. Moritz" has a polite and caring staff. The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel is at a good level, guests are prepared dishes on certain diets if possible. The medical base has more than 30 types of health and wellness procedures, which are quite enough to undergo a general revitalizing course of treatment. The advantage of the spa hotel is free parking. The disadvantages are the lack of mineral water supplied to the spa hotel and a doctor working on a permanent basis. Also a disadvantage of the spa hotel is that it is located 1500 meters from the colonnade with mineral springs. Therefore I do not recommend it to people with musculoskeletal problems, especially those who have difficulty walking.

The doctor in the treatment department, in my opinion, is qualified enough. All rooms in OREA Spa Hotel Cristal are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, have a climate control system. In the hotel is one big restaurant for breakfast, lunch and diner. The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel is at a good level, I have not noticed any special delights, but the choice of dishes is sufficient, there is also a diet food. Places for guests in restaurants are not fixed. The disadvantages include the fact that for lunch and dinner guests are offered only one type of soup and drinks are not provided. The hotel's Cristal café offers delicious homemade desserts focusing on French and Czech confectionery. Excellent coffee, drinks or homemade lemonades.

The spa hotel's restaurant provides guests with quality meals with a fairly wide range of dishes and, if possible, dietetic meals. The advantage of the spa hotel is that the treatment department is located on one floor. Guests are provided with more than 40 types of procedures to prevent diseases of the musculoskeletal system, respiratory and cardiovascular systems. There is a unique procedure for the spa - "three-phase inhalation Faset", which includes steam inhalation, aerosol and nasal cavity irrigation based on the mineral water of the " Forest" spring. A plus of the spa hotel I consider the optimal ratio of its price and quality of services, as well as the fact that the doctor is working here on a permanent basis. Rooms in "Centralni Lazne" are spacious and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay, there are rooms for people with disabilities. The whole building of the spa hotel also has barrier-free access. The restaurant offers a sufficient selection of dishes, but little boiled, the menu is updated daily. The spa hotel has a diet nurse, which will help guests to make an individual plan of nutrition. Among the disadvantages, I note only that the spa hotel does not have its own pool.

There are 24 procedures per week in the medical department "Centralni Lazne", which is a significant advantage over other spa houses in Marianske Lazne, where on average there are 16. Guests are offered a wide range of procedures, including classic spa treatments using local natural factors - peat mud, natural carbon dioxide and mineral water supplied to the spa building from the "Forest" spring for some water procedures and drinking therapy. Qualified, polite medical staff works here, which is confirmed by numerous reviews of doctors. Especially I want to highlight the chief physician Ruzhen Vankova, who has worked in the spa hotel since 1990, and is the medical director of all spa hotels of the group "Marienbad", which indicates a high level of medical treatment process. Guests of "Pacifik" can visit for free a well-equipped fitness center in the spa hotel "Centralni Lazne", the distance to which is 600 meters.
