As can already be seen from the ratings, everything was excellent, great and very good, caring, friendly employees of the entire hotel and the medical department, and especially, I would like to thank the girls: Lyuba and Lida from the restaurant, Marina, who cleaned the room, Iveta at the reception. The location of the hotel is excellent, There is a pine forest all around, beauty. On Wednesdays and on weekends - pleasant music in the bar. Lots of impressions and positive memories! We will definitely try to come here again!

If you are not busy after the procedures, you can go to the pool, sauna, or gym. On the weekend there was live music in the lobby bar: synthesizer and saxophone, music and songs... I enjoyed it. Breakfast and dinner are good. Fruits and vegetables, milk porridge were provided daily. Meat, sausages, cheeses, salads, etc. If you are planning to visit Marianske Lazne, I highly recommend this hotel.

We visited Marianske Lazne 1 time from 12/11/2017 to 19/11/2017. A wonderful hotel with good food, we took breakfast and dinner, lunch was on the menu and not very good. The hotel is located on a mountain, so people with sore legs should look for something else if you arrived without a personal car, since the other sources were 2 km away. I was 10 minutes late for the gas bag once, because the procedures were close and I had to have lunch, I didn’t meet the time - they turned me down, but when I waited about 15 minutes for the massage, I didn’t have any complaints, because I was sick at that time 2 nurses. Still, we need to meet the needs of vacationers halfway. And one more time I arrived on time for oxygen inhalation, but there was no nurse, after 3 minutes I started hiccupping around the offices, because I knew that in 10 minutes they would refuse me again. I didn’t find it, but after another 1-2 minutes 2 nurses came up and accused me of coming at the wrong time and that was the worst thing - you can’t behave like that with vacationers. I am a professor, doctor of science, and 2 nurses took turns scolding me and proving that I was not on time. Due to poor treatment, I will no longer come to the hotel; if there was better treatment, I would definitely come.
