We were in this hotel for the first time. A very good location for the spa hotel, as it is on the edge of the forest. It goes very well for going for a walk during your stay. The food was ok, it's a bit plain, but it's enough to fill you up. Restaurants have very nice staff who take good care of their guests. The room cleaning was good. We didn't take this often. The service is generally okay, there were no problems checking in and out. The treatment was ok. The application nurses are very friendly and nice. It’s nice that the hotel has a swimming pool, although it’s small and shallow, which is more suitable for cooling off after the Roman baths than for swimming. There is a gym. Everything in the hotel is conducive to a great holiday, if not...

A very serious drawback was the restaurant's service system, which was incomprehensible to me. I'll tell you in order. The first two days everything was great: polite waiters, delicious food. Two days later a large group of vacationers from Germany arrived. When I came for lunch, I was not served for a very long time. I said that I was waiting for the dish I ordered, in response the waitress began to shout at me in German, literally pointing (I can’t find another suitable word) at the sign on my table, which said that the table was reserved. Such service, frankly speaking , is stunning. No one explains for whom these tables are reserved and why, in this case, the table is not reserved for me as a guest of this hotel. Not to mention the fact that for the first time I encounter a waiter shouting at a vacationer, to whom, if it is difficult to speak Russian, you can give explanations in Czech or English. When I looked around, there were these signs on each of the free tables and there was nowhere to sit. Finally, I found a table with dirty dishes, where I had to continue eating. In the next four days of my vacation, the situation repeated itself: there were many empty seats in the restaurant, but there was a forbidden sign on each table, which is why I had to walk around the restaurant with a plate in search of a place. I can’t even find an explanation for how such an incorrect attitude towards guests is possible in such a good hotel. To prevent such situations from arising, why not make fixed places for all vacationers? Before the trip, I read in one of the reviews about this service system with signs, but did not pay enough attention, thinking that this was only an isolated case. It turned out that this is the system. And so that subsequent guests from Russia do not find themselves in a similar situation, I am writing this review. I also really hope that the hotel administration will give satisfactory explanations for the fact of such unacceptable, in my opinion, customer service and such a specific manner of behavior of the waitress and take appropriate measures to ensure that guests get a good rest and do not experience similar inconveniences in the future.
