The staff does not smile, sometimes very rude, no information about the procedure, the doctor writes all procedures according to a ready-made standard, does not hear the patient. There is no hygiene when taking procedures. The staff speaks German poorly.

We travel often and have stayed in several spa hotels with full board. But we have never experienced that at VP there are no drinks at lunch and dinner or in the room. At least some table water is a must!!! That was really annoying! I also think a parking space price of €12 per day is too much.

Very unfriendly and unpleasant answer about Zinner reservation according to my request as a VIP person from the reservation department! I only received a response to the fourth email! And of course my wish wasn't fulfilled, even though the rooms I wanted were available!

Unfortunately, too few treatments by therapists (e.g. classic massage). Mainly heat applications of various kinds, the effect of which is not guaranteed due to their unique nature. The service in the dining room left a lot to be desired. Having to order lunch the day before is very questionable.

Very nice hotel, breakfast sufficient and good. Evening food was good but the selection was often the same. Lunch with full board 2 menus to choose from. If you book a hotel directly, you will receive a small snack for lunch: soup, salad, bread. When booking at Sanatoriums com, the snack costs around 3 euros. Small bus when driving down to the center or coming up for everyone whether you are driving or not using it costs 2 euros per day for one person. Nothing would be explained upon arrival. Simply debited upon departure. You have no idea about a trip like to Prague???

It was our sixth spa stay in Marienbad. Always in other spa hotels. This was the best stay this time. The entire ambience of the house, the wellness program we chose and how the staff implemented it, and the cultural events were great. There was also time to get to know the surroundings of Mariánské Lázně better. Special mention must be made of the great, tasty, high quality food. The Spa Hotel Monty is highly recommended.

1) Walk to the colonnade on foot from mountain to mountain. We didn't like it very much. We were with a child, and children don’t really want to walk for a long time. There is a bus, but we never got on it. You need to reserve a park spot in advance. We didn’t know (That’s why the car was parked far away. 2) The towels are clean, but there are holes in them and it’s clear that they haven’t been updated for a long time. Holates are the same. 3)Water on the table is paid. Usually it is free of charge. 3) The staff salaries are low.

The dinner (main course) is not worthy of a 4-star hotel and the chefs are not friendly. When the food is served you feel like you are in a canteen. When we arrived in the room, the brown water in the toilet brush container immediately appeared. This was still there when we left.
