Everything was wonderfully organized, right from the transfer from the airport. Wonderful holiday. I’m glad that the trip took place through sanatoriums.com. Excellent service, reasonable price. I recommend using this resource when organizing your vacation. I am planning to go to another sanatorium in December for the Christmas holidays. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

The young people in the restaurant work very well, they are friendly and take a responsible approach to their work. One elderly lady works on the procedures and brings a lot of positivity and good mood. WE are all delighted with the sauna; not all 5-star hotels have them.Negatives

The staff who work in the treatment area are very rude and unfriendly. I think the procedures should be at a higher level! The food is monotonous, especially breakfast! There were no lactose-free products, i.e. Dairy products were added to all lunches and salads! Nowadays, many people suffer from allergies to dairy and gluten! This was not taken into account at all in the restaurant.

The room was allocated to a different (lower) category and I had to wait 2 days to be moved to another room after I raised the issue myself. The hotel has many rooms with sloping and low ceilings, which do not correspond to the status of a 4*** hotel. The transfer was organized extremely poorly, the group departure was offered 8 hours before departure, which was extremely inconvenient and we had to wait and sit at the airport for more than 5 hours. The resort group has still not made any apologies for the inconvenience.

The hotel is located almost in the forest. Plenty of walking opportunities and a very walkable city center. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated in eighteenth century style. The staff is very attentive and always happy to help.Negatives
Unfortunately, the chefs in the restaurant do not understand that dishes of French or Caucasian cuisine with a Czech accent can be difficult or partially eaten. In addition, people with health problems come to the sanatorium and fatty and salty foods are contraindicated for them.

The treatments were rather unnecessary except for the massage. The doctor prescribed Co2 for me, which was a bit pointless given my young age. Plus most of them were too early, who wants to get up at 6:30 on vacation. The appointment changes were rejected, so we had to skip a few treatments. Like on Thursday, for example, the day when you were allowed to go to Prague through sanatoriums for free.

In a two-bed room, there is no second chair to sit on or to store street clothes. A bedspread for the bed would be appropriate if you want to rest. The mattress could also be changed. (leftovers) We were given extra toppers. It would also be good to have a note in the room about any defects found so that the caretaker knows what might need to be repaired in the room. We reported this to reception on the day of departure. (Room 217)

Bad restaurant. Queues when opening at 18.00. Not enough dishes, sold out quickly. They don’t have time to drink the food. The dishes are cleared from the tables, but there is no time to put down cutlery and napkins. The cooks seem to have their hands shaking to add more meat. This is not a buffet. “They ask: do you want two pieces of meat or three?” There was practically no fish and it was tasteless, like diet fish. There is no variety of meat and fish dishes at all. Noticeable savings on everything. There was no warning about the training siren on the first Wednesday of the month. The Israelis were shocked. During the 7 days of our stay, the electricity was turned off, there was no Internet for half a day, the steam room in the pool did not work for technical reasons. In addition to 2 visits to the "World of Saunas" there is a fee.....

My wife and I were there from 05/21/23 to 05/28/23 This is our second time coming to this hotel. We book a 2-room apartment, it’s very convenient. Convenient location of the hotel (on a hill, away from the main streets, near a forest). Nice swimming pool with steam room. Everything inside is designed in the spirit of the Middle Ages, there are many paintings.

The only negative thing is the walk to the bathroom, there is no elevator down to the bathroom, the stairs are very steep and my husband is disabled and has to use assistance to walk. I'm always afraid that he'll fall. But thank God it went well.

Why are single-use plastic cups used for the hotel's fountain? Why is there no deposit system introduced? Not sustainable. The same is true in the sauna. Plastic cups there too... Treatment staff were sometimes unfriendly.

Unfortunately, you did not inform us that a parking space should be reserved in advance; the employees did not approve a parking space for us despite there being free spaces. The food was very peppery. The bathroom in the room had no heating. The prices for the services are overpriced: Sauna world: €25 for 2 hours/person, a confirmation to present to the health insurance company: €16.17.

A small minus, the sheet is narrow. Replace grandma during the procedures, poor thing, she doesn’t have time, she’s overwhelmed, she’s terrified of giving injections, then the needle falls, then it just pokes and doesn’t let gas in, and it’s constant.
