Unfortunately, there are also some negative things: The sauna area has a relaxation room that cannot be used. It is dark and cold, and there are no blankets to be found. For access, which must be registered in advance, you are given a small towel and a sheet-like thin cloth. Unfortunately, a visit to the sauna area is not recommended. The food is canteen-like. The starters and salads are good, as are the desserts. The main course selection is not good. Usually the same ready-made sauce every day. The staff, both in the application area and when serving the main course, ranges from musty to very unfriendly and rushed. On the last day of our 14-day stay the bed linen was changed for the first time.

The location of the city of Marianske Lazne itself is a place of Power! Bright space! Nature is fascinating! The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is located somewhat far from the Colonnade, so I recommend it for physically active people!) Daily walks to the springs gave me energy, health, positive emotions and a great mood!

Excellent location. In the forest. Clean air, the opportunity to even pick mushrooms. Shuttles from and to the hotel five times a day. Excellent food and the opportunity to lose extra calories in the pool and spa. Concerts in the lobby bar lifted the mood, and the attentive staff did everything so that we were comfortable. There is no negative, I just want to share my thoughts. Maybe they were wrong. We were treated in Lazne for the first time, without experience. The doctor asked for wishes, we asked for gas injections, which we received. We received several more interesting procedures. We liked everything. But the effect from each is 2- 3, as it seems to me, is minimal. It would be more effective to choose 2-3 procedures, but in larger quantities.

Unfortunately, the staff is not all friendly, it is written that there are 4 languages, but they are not willing to speak Russian, but not all of them. It's lame with cleanliness. In the treatment rooms there is so much dust on the floor and hair under the couches. It is not indicated on the website that during lunch and dinner all drinks are paid for up to tap water. Although my children and I were looking for all-inclusive. Then we talked with guests from other hotels. They have free tea, coffee, water. Only different drinks are paid for. And the hotel has coolers. And here there is complete savings on water and water from the source until 10 am only. I think this is a huge minus; they should inform you on the website.

Staff at reception partly unfriendly/annoyed. Rooms are quite small and the sloping ceilings (deco?) make them seem even smaller. Very few rooms have a balcony. Sauna world is relatively small and significantly overpriced.

My wife and I were at the hotel from 21.05 to 28.05. Excellent location of the hotel on a hill. After 3-4 days you will understand that your legs are pumped up without any exercises or exercises... Many thanks to the girls on the floor and the information, correct, professional. The food for a spa hotel is excellent, I mean breakfast. For dinner, the menu could be diversified, but this is just a wish. The pool deserves special thanks, probably the best, 10-12 meters long, 5-7 wide. There is also a steam room and a shower... It was sad to part with the pelican Stepa, but I’m sure we will come here again. The atmosphere of a medieval castle, a lot of pictures.. I recommend it, you definitely won’t regret it...

A huge minus is the smoking policy on the dining terrace. The sanatorium positions itself as a place for people, including those with pulmonary diseases. However, Guests are not prohibited from smoking on the terrace, where in the warm season people have breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is an absolutely unacceptable moment for sanatorium treatment. The treatment itself also leaves much to be desired. The sanatorium has excellent massage specialists, but it is extremely difficult to get to them. Doctors conducting an initial examination concentrate on prescribing the cheapest procedures, often without correlating this with the health indications of vacationers. The “examination” itself lasts no more than three minutes, and the recommendations issued in some cases contain direct contraindications. The management of the spa complex is extremely reluctant and unfriendly to respond to the wishes of vacationers to change procedures, forcing them to do this for an additional fee. Communication with the staff in this area left an unpleasant feeling.

The doctor hardly took any time for the initial consultation. The treatments agreed upon with the doctor (such as gas injections or lymphatic drainage) were replaced by other, cheaper ones. Staff in treatment area often irritable and rude. We got the impression that the guests who booked directly through the hotel received better treatment than the others.

Lack of a normal outlet in the bathroom; there is only one outlet for a razor, which does not support other devices, for example a curling iron. - Lack of any table in the bathroom for cosmetics. I had to just put everything on the floor. - Lack of kettle in the room. - Unjustifiably expensive visit to the sauna: 25 € for two hours. The voucher included two such visits for free, but in fact we received two visits of one hour each. Unfortunately, we never received a response when we contacted Sanatoriums about this problem. - Unjustifiably expensive parking, at a neighboring hotel it costs 5€. - The mineral spring at the hotel is open only for three hours in the morning and only from April to October. Water often either flows in a very thin stream or does not flow at all.
