We would like to thank you for a good and affordable stay at the Hotel Monty. We were very satisfied with our apartment. The treatments were carried out by very nice and well-qualified nurses. The food was okay. The swimming pool and sauna were excellent. Transfer bus from the hotel to the center and back was very important for many people who couldn't walk uphill. A big compliment to Sanatorium.com for the quick and cheap booking!!! We have already been to the Czech Republic three times thanks to Sanatorium.com and are very satisfied. We will be back.Negatives

We spent our holiday at Spa Hotel Monty. It was our first experience of a holiday of this kind. We are very glad that it turned out to be positive. The hotel is quiet, with an interesting interior. Nice pool, sauna. Polite staff, no matter what area it concerns, doctors, receptionists, restaurant workers. Tasty food. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly. I liked everything very much, everyone was polite. They speak Russian too. The restaurant has a variety of food, the staff is very friendly. I especially wanted to mention the girl from the restaurant, her name is Oksana, a great fellow, and also the woman who gives gas injections (unfortunately, I don’t know her name). In general, everything is great 👍. A wonderful swimming pool, saunas, table tennis, spring water, everything is clean and beautiful. The hotel is compact, so all the procedures are easy to find. Dear employees of the Spar-Hotel Monty, my partner and I would like to thank you very much for the lovely stay in your hotel! We were very satisfied with the service during the meal, we were spoiled by the chefs with the magical dishes, there was nothing to complain about on our part because there was a plentiful selection. The treatments we received were very good for us. Here too, a big thank you to the team. We would like to highlight the classic massage (Svetlana) and the pearl bath. Even if the weather wasn't always good, you could spend your free time in the swimming pool, Roman sauna, Finnish sauna as well as in the fitness center and table tennis or even take walks in the forest. The location of the hotel is wonderful and we really liked the outside and inside of the building, the view down to the valley is very beautiful. My partner and I will definitely come back! In general, we arrived home for 10 days rested and rebooted for business people, but already over 62 and my wife over 55! almost a success!!! But this is all from self-hypnosis and a positive attitude! The swimming pool with the Roman sauna was pleasing, but I was saddened by the savings of turning it off half an hour before the end of work in order to save... The hotel and apartments are decorated in the awesome style of a historical castle! The cabinets and space were simply amazing. The towels, bathrobes are pure white and pleasant, the beds and linen are all super clean and snow-white! The atmosphere of comfort and air is inspiring! You won’t be able to get to a watering hole with your granddaughters, but by car you can jump in and it’s great! Although it’s good to go alone in the morning and bring the kids with you.Negatives
The room cleaners do not have enough work experience! Despite the tip, basically only the bed is made, which is not at all important when vacationers are constantly staying between procedures. They do not have a list of required works by number. We lived in an apartment that amazed us with its spaciousness and decoration! We had two small granddaughters and two bedrooms (one with a TV) plus a living room with a TV and a minibar were a luxury for us that we had for the first time! But the joy ended after the first night, where at midnight they took out the garbage from the restaurant, which turned out to be right under our first floor windows, trucks rattled from early on, unloading food and signaling food back!!! I had to jump up and close the windows cursing! Our room was 55. The cleaning staff could not fully provide tea, sugar or coffee, as they constantly forgot to put something in. Either they supply the wrong water, or they don’t leave toilet paper in stock. In short, we recruited cheap pioneers!!! They had carpet on the floor, which was vacuumed only upon additional request, at least around the table in the hall, where in the evening they had tea with their granddaughters. It is understandable that the territory is large and a couple of euros in tips did not save the situation! And when a loud big dog appeared in the next room barking, it just made us happy! But thank God we endured it for one day before we left! Food 3 points out of five. Such a good catering with constantly over-salted broths. The waiters smile sweetly and serve quickly, but do not keep an eye on the shortage of some products on hand. Personally, I constantly turned out the concrete with hot milk for coffee, because there was only residue at the bottom! Treatment? Well, how can I tell you: for those who have not had massages from a pro, maybe this stroking will work! My solution is that if you want better, tip ahead! if this somehow saves your expectations... "Crown". everything has been ruined and the people are hungry for visitors, hence all the disadvantages... There is no joy from muzzles that require only the appearance of existence!Positives

Communication with the doctor, 5 minutes, consisted only of asking what was bothering me and a course of treatment was prescribed, which belongs to the category of prevention.
