The hotel is located approximately halfway between the main colonnade and the Ferdinand colonnade, which is very convenient: in the morning to Ferdinand, in the evening to Caroline and the singing fountain)) Beautiful apartments, comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and towels. The bathroom has pleasant liquid soap and excellent water pressure)) The restaurant always has a choice of dishes for every taste - both for a healthy diet and for those who like higher-calorie foods. Good breakfast, hearty lunch; For dinner there is always a large selection of appetizers, beef-pork-chicken-fish, various salads, an abundance of delicious desserts - both pastries and fruits. We went for a certain set of procedures and received them all in full; On average, it turned out to be 3 procedures a day - more would have been difficult. The schedule was drawn up in such a way that we were freed at approximately the same time, this helped to conveniently plan walks and excursions. If possible, the medical staff offered to do back-to-back procedures carried out in the same room (for example, inhalation followed immediately by paraffin), which very well freed up additional time. The presence of a swimming pool really brightened up our stay at the hotel, especially in hot weather)) We are grateful to all the hotel staff who made our stay so pleasant!Negatives
What is described below is not a negative, but something that will help the hotel, from our point of view, become better and reach a higher level of service. The rooms have carpeting - I would like it to be cleaned a little more thoroughly; dust often causes an allergic reaction. In the restaurant, several times I came across dishes with tiny food remains, i.e. The dishwasher doesn't do a very good job, it may need a pre-rinse. In the first 2 days, the main dishes were heavily salted, and for people with unhealthy kidneys this is critical. Despite all the abundance, the side dishes for dinner were boring - either boiled frozen vegetables or something fried in oil, only salads made from fresh vegetables and herbs saved the day. And most importantly: a little more smiles from the senior staff and management. A smile doesn’t cost anything, but it immediately makes the hosts feel welcoming and the guests confident that they are welcome and always ready to help.

The doctor’s appointment and the procedures were very surprising. You were invited to the appointment with your mother???? and the doctor began to list a huge number of procedures that would be done (!!!) - after five minutes the appointment was over. As a result, having received a schedule of prescribed procedures, the following was obtained: 2 massages, 3 injections, 3..., 2..., 2... etc. I understand that my package consisted of 21 procedures, but why split the procedures so much??? for this period while staying in a sanatorium and what kind of treatment/rest can we talk about? Why can’t you get 4 procedures (that the vacationer needs or wants) of 5 each (for example, according to my indications, I would like to receive: - dry massage (5); - lymph (6); - gas package (5); - currents on the lower back (5 ) ) and I would receive both pleasure and treatment (even for such a short period of time), and I would also be happy to add procedures for an additional fee (foot massage and whirlpool foot baths). I would like the hotel management to think through the issues of visiting a doctor and prescribing procedures.

In the Balneo (medical building) the specialist at the reception is very pleasant and attentive, she always helps with all questions regarding treatment. The hotel does not have a supplied spring; the Lesnoy spring is brought in and is available until 10 a.m. morning. Considering the distance to the colonnade with the springs, it would be better to organize the delivery of several springs during the day. For gas injections and inhalations, and sometimes for other procedures, you have to stand in line, which is unacceptable on vacation. The reason is the lack of a specific procedure time (threads are not separated), which could be easily eliminated. Those booking a stay through sanatoriums.com must take into account that not all procedures from the advertising video are included in the treatment package, which is announced by the doctor already at the hotel. As a result, it is possible to receive a slightly different treatment than you expected or pay extra, although everyone is treated carefully and They change procedures both in time and in terms of treatment.
