Very professional treatment and friendly atmosphere, well-trained experienced staff (I would like to especially mention Danuta 68A, massage, Lina - kinesitherapy, Jolanta - 909, massage, Rima - hydro massage, Ryuda - lymphatic drainage massage, women from room 55 (mud therapy). Apparently, that the sanatorium constantly conducts research into the opinions of clients - some points that were not liked in previous visits have been corrected, small but pleasant improvements have appeared (ginger and sea buckthorn in the dining room to strengthen the immune system), tokens in the lockers in the locker room, provision of towels during procedures, which creates a calm atmosphere. It’s nice that the staff accommodates small requests when you choose the one you ask for from two treatment options.Negatives
The quality of equipment for halotherapy is still insufficient - the chairs are outdated and uncomfortable. The films have become better, but in one of the relaxation films a piece of an erotic film is inserted - for what? This only caused laughter and bewilderment among the clients. It is also not very good that coughing people undergo therapy together with healthy people. Another suggestion: as a gold client, I had 7 additional baths (for 10 days), I couldn’t use them because I was tired and I couldn’t afford to go to the Hydropathic Center in the evening. If I were offered to exchange 7 baths for 3 in Egle+, I would use them with great effect (or replace them with some other procedures of my choice). There were also problems with choosing a massage therapist, which is very important for people with serious diseases of the musculoskeletal system (and may be indifferent for those with a different profile), but I was not able to get the required number of sessions with the masseuse who helps me ( Danuta, 68A). Perhaps for priority clients it is worth providing the service of booking a massage therapist in advance, for example, 2-3 weeks before arrival, when train tickets have already been purchased and a place has been reserved.Answer from Spa Hotel Egle Economy

In my room (building E2, room 316) there is a carpet that is in disrepair. Apparently the people there have immortalized themselves using all possible means, what exactly I don't want to know.!!!! SOMETHING SUCH SHOULD NOT BE!!!! But that's not the fault of the cleaners, because they can't do magic. I doubt it's the only room with such a problem and would rather put down linoleum or whatever and a few carpet runners. I don't know who arranged the transfer to the airport, but the fact that I have to sit at the airport more than 5 hours before my own flight because of people leaving with an early flight is an outrage and made me very upset!!!!!Positives

Disadvantages - in the organization at the reception - sometimes the schedule included inconvenient times for procedures and it was impossible to make it in time for lunch (I’m generally silent about the pool during breakfast). I had to change the schedule 2 times.
