You cannot drink more than a liter of water from the springs per day due to the high mineral content. The doctor will give you recommendations on the spot which waters you should drink. Most often this is an alternation of sources. Each has its own properties, except for No. 15, which is empty in its medicinal content. Please be educated!!! Most of the drinking springs are warm and hot. Many people come with plastic bottles to collect water for use so as not to have to constantly fetch it during the day. These people do not understand that healing water just filled into a plastic bottle becomes poison. The effect for them is exactly the opposite of what was expected. Plastic bottles are intended exclusively for cold drinks. When they come into contact with warm or hot water, such bottles immediately begin to release carcinogens into the liquid.
