The Karlovy Vary resort itself is very good. Water is beneficial for healing; the Krivan Hotel is conveniently located to drinking springs. But the director’s attitude towards the vacationer is simply boorish. Instead of help from him, I was faced with his incompetence and inability to constructively resolve issues. There is no coherence in the work between the reception and the restaurant. It seems that the administration of the sanatorium does not really value its clients and does not strive to earn a good rating.

We don't visit the spa town of Karlovy Vary first. It only gets worse. There had been snow for a week and no one had cleaned the paths, even though the tourist tax was constantly increasing. Source 1 was closed. So the health resort makes a very bad impression.
