There was also an issue with check-in for the flight, they didn’t send back the boarding tickets, we had to ask. It was better to check in ourselves, they sent us the boarding tickets, where the child and dad were seated at the beginning of the plane, and the mother at the end, well, so-so story., if you consider that the child is 3 years old . but everything was also decided at the reception desk.
