Despite the off-season term, the spa center does not give a sleepy impression, the exteriors are maintained and clean. The guest experience is above average, only the city transport is very weak, the departure schedules are fine, but the transport capacity, the level of the interior and the cleanliness of the buses is tragic, frozen in the late 80s of the 20th century. Probably the worst effect is Hotel Thermal and the surrounding area, where after many years of costly reconstruction, they probably just washed the windows, replaced the light bulbs and luxuriated them. The broken travertine pavement remained, the rattling tin elevators with waiting times counting minutes from the late seventies seemed to sweep away. The only thing that was raised was the entrance to the pool and sauna world of Saunia Resort, the price of which does not correspond to the services offered.
