The stay at the hotel was very good, but the journey to and from the airport was too long (9 hours instead of 5.5 hours) because the guests were not picked up directly, but rather from all over the place. The minibus was full to the last seat, including half the seat next to the driver, so that he hardly had any space himself. Such a long journey is dangerous and very uncomfortable for the passengers.

Karlovy Vary is always worth a visit. This time, at the opening of the spa season, it was a great experience with the historical parade, the children's songs from the art primary school, the consecration of the springs, the performance of the majorettes, the Biedermeier robes, the music, etc. - the weather was great too, a wonderful weekend. I was in Karlovy Vary for the 6th time and always find it enchanting with its varied offerings. The museums are very interesting, as is the gallery, the theater is wonderful, the cultural offering with concerts in the various halls and churches or in the colonnades is beautiful and the new imperial spa has been wonderfully restored. The old architecture is unique in general, but there are still many houses to be renovated... The forests with their walking and hiking trails are also positive.
