Two types of porridge, oatmeal and buckwheat, two or three types of cheese, three types of cuts, fried sausages, fried eggs or baltunya. Boiled egg, pamidora, cucumbers, pepper. Fruits sour grapes, green bananas, apple. One type of biscuit for breakfast. Sour, not tasty coffee. Yuppie juice, fruit tea for dinner. I had heartburn from this food for two weeks. Massage is a separate story, I don’t know for sure whether there should be bruises from the massage or not, but the masseuse - whom my husband and I nicknamed “aunty bear” - she kneaded my shoulders with such force, as if she was taking revenge for 1968)) without realizing Apparently, I’m not Russian, but Georgian)) but the pain was hellish after this massage and my neurological problems in the cervical-brachial region not only went away, but on the contrary, they resumed again. I timidly asked to use less force, and yes, she told me, but it was still incredibly painful for me to lie on my back after her sessions. Gas injections seem like a hack to me) There seemed to be cleaning every day, at least the girls came: they asked if it could be cleaned? But in 2 weeks we only came in with a vacuum cleaner a couple of times, and then we moved around a spot in the center of the room and that’s it. Then they stopped bringing in the vacuum cleaner altogether)) The tent was changed only twice in two weeks, the linen was changed once in 12 days! In addition, we cannot help but note our satisfaction, or even more precisely, surprise and admiration, in connection with the gift provided by the company - a free excursion to Prague. We took advantage of this gift and on March 28 visited Prague with a very interesting guide - she introduced herself to us as Lena. We left the sanatorium with great desire: if the opportunity arises, we will visit “Garden Pramen” again (before that we were in some other sanatoriums).
