Don't order lunch or dinner!!! Not tasty!!! salads float in water, dinner is from 17-19, usually starting from 18 o'clock, if you're late, you'll only find water from the salads😂😂. In my case, they didn’t even change the bed linen in 10 days. Complete disappointment.

We vacationed from October 9 to October 15. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the reception by a pleasant woman, Vlasta, who explained everything well. The doctor is also a nice woman - Ivana Kupkova. She did a very good massage with Vladimir Plakh (room 4). We were also pleased with how the rooms were cleaned, clean and tidy! We lived in room 218. The workers in the canteen are also polite. We were pleased with all the employees of this hotel. We were also pleased with the food, there was plenty to choose from and the portions were good. There was fruit every morning. We absolutely liked everything: the sanatorium itself, its location, the staff, the treatment, the food, the attitude towards us! We recommend visiting the Garden Pramen sanatorium and seeing for yourself! Special thanks to Vlasta, who worked at the reception on the day of our arrival, she was very welcoming and friendly, she quickly completed everything and explained what needed to be done. I would also like to note the excellent work of the masseuse from office number 4, Vladimir Plakha, we highly recommend asking her, she does her work conscientiously and efficiently, in no case do we want to offend other employees of the sanatorium, we are simply leaving reviews about those whom we personally got to know! Also, many thanks to all the dining room staff for their work! My wife also liked the work of Mikhaela Shubrtova, who performed the Charcot shower procedure, many thanks to her! Wir sind im Spa-Bereich.Daher ist es nicht möglich, alle unterzubringen. Was die Ernährung betrifft, kann ich dir nicht zustimmen, deshalb gibt es eine Auswahl aus 5 Optionen, bei denen sicherlich jeder nach seinem Geschmack wählen wird. Und dann sind wir ein Spa, in dem man wegen der Diäten von Krankenkassenkunden nicht so stark salzen und würzen darf. Das Würzen ist dann jedem selbst überlassen.

Many thanks to my attending physician IVANA KUPKOVA, as well as to the nutritionist of the sanatorium. I lived in room 339 and I want to thank the maid for her excellent job. I was very pleased with the transfer. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the driver NIKOLAY for his strict punctuality and attentiveness. My wife and I were going for treatment and not to have fun at restaurants where the food was lousy. the food is not tasty, there are no smells of herbs and other sensations.. They need to practice in Central Asia. To understand what food tastes like: delicious and inexpensive. My wife and I would like to express our admiration for the work of the massage therapist on the second floor. Her hands are golden, as is her soul. There is just a very big problem with food in this resort. I have been to many sanatoriums before, but I have never seen such disgrace. Oatmeal in the morning was perhaps the only tasty dish that this kitchen prepares. There are no problems with fruits, fresh vegetables, cottage cheese and yogurt; everything is fine with cutting. But what comes out as hot dishes from this kitchen is simply not controlled by anyone, neither by the dietitian (if there is one) nor by the doctors. Pieces of fried sausage floating in fat for breakfast and cold scrambled eggs do not correspond to the status of a gastrointestinal resort. Dinner is also tasteless, I don’t understand how decent food can be ruined. Change the head cook immediately or at least start to control him somehow. During the three weeks of my stay, I did not hear a good word about nutrition from anyone. It's a shame, because overall I liked the sanatorium.

We were told that if the doctor prescribes a swimming pool, we will get it in another building. This is a lie. We received one single visit for 90 minutes. As a bonus. Knowing how to speak Russian, some demonstratively spoke only in Czech.

As a disadvantage for me was the quality of food. The breakfast was ok, can not say about lunches, I did not had them it in the hotel, while the dinner was a total disaster. The food too salty, the meat too hard to dizest, the fish overcooked. When you choose food "a la cart" you can see the menu but never know how it comes. Why not have "a la bufet " three meals a day even it will come a litle beat mote expensive.
