We rested in Pramen for 18 days. The location is great, everything is nearby. Good medical facilities, all procedures are carried out professionally and according to regulations. Very friendly staff. We had to make small requests to both the doctor and the dietary sister about the schedule. Everywhere there is only a friendly attitude and a desire to help. The receptionist also always tries to help if necessary. The rooms are ordinary, no frills, but with everything you need. Linen and towels were changed according to schedule at sufficient intervals, we did not have any inconvenience. The procedure schedule is very convenient. All offices are numbered and even highlighted in different colors. Spend 10 minutes getting acquainted so as not to inconvenience yourself. Choice of 6 options for lunch and dinner. The portions were big for us. Quite a decent selection of salads. A nice detail is the well decorated cozy patio. The pleasure of sitting with a cup of coffee. The canteen workers are always very friendly, cordial and caring - not one of our wishes or requests went unnoticed by them. Many thanks to them for this! For many vacationers, the big advantage of the sanatorium is that accommodation, treatment and meals take place in only one building - and this is really convenient.Negatives
The doctor only has 15 minutes for the initial examination and prescribing procedures - so you need to formulate in advance for yourself what procedures you would like to receive. The windows of our room (double room “Superior”) overlooked the active roadway of the city (the Krivan sanatorium is located across the road), where until late you could hear the noise of cars and the loud speech of vacationers; and early in the morning from 5-6 o’clock all sorts of city services for garbage collection, etc. began to work. The room itself (its sleeping part) was quite small - 10-12 sq. m. meters, they could not offer us any other option. The workers at the reception, unlike all the other employees of the sanatorium, did not really delve into the essence of the questions asked - they did not make people feel at ease, they behaved like officials, with a touch of superiority. The menu offered a choice of only three dishes (except breakfast) and was supplemented by salads (buffet), the range of which was quite small: grated carrots, fresh tomatoes... By the end of our 2-week holiday, we had no desire to eat it all. In addition, potatoes were offered almost all the time as a side dish, and for dessert (lunch and dinner) fruit compotes, which also became boring very quickly. Well, probably, for three stars such food can be considered acceptable. Taxi fare from the railway station, where we arrived, the drivers demand 40 Euros per car - although the distance to the sanatorium is only 2-3 km. К сожалению не могу быть с Вами согласен по поводу питания. Мы стараемся готовить вкусно с выполнением всех правил современной диетологии, у нас всегда есть выбор из 5 блюд на обед и из 6 блюд на ужин (завтраки подаются в форме шведского стола), помимо этого есть большой выбор овощных салатов, где присутствуют все сезонные овощи и достаточно большой набор фруктов. И у нас есть очень удобный формат заказа блюд через компютерные терминалы, где все меню приведено на 4 языках, включая русского, немецкого и английского и Вы можете, в случае пожелания, заказать еду на весь период Вашего пребывания. We visited the sanatorium three years ago and during that time we felt and saw many positive changes. The food has improved, the choice and quality of dishes has increased. Of course, for dessert I would like more variety, since fruits and compotes from jars can hardly be called proper and healthy nutrition. We were given a spacious and bright room, with a huge bathroom and beautiful views. Thank you! It was very quiet, cozy and clean. The Internet is fast and without interruptions.
