По поводу графика работы столовой – у нас время обеда с 11:30 до 13:30, что прописано как в терминале заказа блюд, так и в регистратуре и в столовой и оно до сих пор всех наших гостей устраивало. Также с Вами не могу солгаситься на счет выбора блюд. У нас каждый день на обед и на ужин выбор из пяти блюд, причем всегда присутсвует блюдо из говядины, свинины, птицы, рыбы и одно блюдо без мяса. Каждый день также продлагаем нашим клиентам на выбор несколько видов салатов, чтобы выполнить все их пожелания а также требования современной диетологии. Врач не был уволен, он вышел на заслуженную пенсию и его заменил новый врач, который работал первый день. В настоящий момент уже ситуация консолидирована и медицинский осмотр и прием у врачей работает в стандартном режиме. Вопрос питания всегда очень тонкий, потому что мы всегда стараемся готовить вкусно и разнообразно, но единовременно с соблюдением правил современной диетологии. Уважаемая Инна, нам очень жаль, что Вам не понравились первые блюда, всем очень сложно угодить и как мы все прекрасно знаем и наши мамы и бабушки готовили борщ по своему и по домашнему, а также дом от дома по другому. Все наши блюда проходят перед выдачей гостям строгим контролем и дегустацией со стороны менеджмента и диетолога. Мы никогда ничего не разводим кипятком и все варим сами. Всегда и без исключений. Фрукты у нас подаются каждый день на завтрак и минимум три раза в неделю на ужин, что соответствует диетологическим принципам.
