Here I want to talk not about the negative, but simply about my personal comments and wishes. It seems to me that it wouldn’t hurt to drink a glass of kefir or yogurt in the evening, give cottage cheese in the morning without sour cream, and use sour cream when preparing main courses, especially fish, because it is often a little dry and ,lastly, a review speech and a meeting with the chief physician are missing. The entire treatment organization is very reasonable. Accommodation in the rooms is also quite decent. It's bad that there are no air conditioners and kettles in the rooms. I would like more attention from doctors. During acupuncture, I got an infection; as a result of the formation of phlegmon on my leg, I was unable to walk for almost a week. The doctors at the sanatorium could not offer me the necessary treatment, and indeed there was no one there on Saturday except the nurse on duty. I was forced to seek paid help at the city hospital. I still cannot heal my leg, although before this I had no problems in this direction.

Among the negative factors: 1. Having arrived at the sanatorium on July 4, I only got an appointment with a doctor on July 7, since the medical staff had days off on those days. It is necessary to somehow warn about such moments when booking. 2. There was only one meeting with the doctor, not two, as promised when booking, and she did not show much interest in the tests and medical reports brought. I made appointments and there were no more consultations. No one even asked how the treatment was going. She came and left, no one noticed. The process is simply formalized. There is a warning on the nurse's desk - if the prescribed procedures are not satisfactory, then changes can only be made for a fee (200 CZK). This is somehow not clear. 3. The food is simply ugly and humiliating. Monotonous and practically no choice. Porridge, cheese and sausage, cut into the thinnest webs, apparently to save money. It seems like there is a famine in the Czech Republic and we have to literally scrape together food. People come on vacation and the quality of food matters. If it's a budget resort, don't offer lunch and dinner. Limit yourself to decent breakfasts. Something definitely needs to be done about nutrition. According to reviews from vacationers, everything is different in other three-star resorts. 3. The sanatorium has good medical facilities and an excellent location. If some things were corrected, there would be a significant increase in those wishing to come. 4. A kettle and hairdryer must be in the rooms. It's not expensive today. For some reason you have to ask.

The main disadvantage is the food. Salads are like silage, meat of all types is dry and tasteless. It is advisable to replace the cook. The doctor selects a set of procedures based on optimizing the workload of staff, and not on the wishes of (reasonable!) patients: instead of 8-10 procedures of the same type, he prescribes 3-4 similar in type, but different procedures. The floors need repairs - the loose parquet under the carpet is terribly wobbly and creaks loudly.

Friendly, helpful staff. A wonderful doctor, Dr. Kadlchik. Very attentive nurses. Especially cheerful and cheerful Mrs. Helena, who gives pneumopuncture (hello and respect to you, Mrs. Helena!). Everything is reasonable, sensible, sedate, dignified. No queues. The procedures are strictly on schedule. Excellent food. Varied and gentle (close to dietary). The girls serving the tables work like clockwork - quickly and accurately. Mineral springs nearby. The sanatorium is located on the main promenade. Below the windows is the beautiful Garden Colonnade and Dvorak Gardens. It is close to simple shops on Masaryk Street, and to boutiques, souvenir shops and money changers on the main promenade (by the way, the exchange rate for euros to Czech crowns in these shops is noticeably more favorable than in banks). Next year we definitely intend to repeat the trip to this sanatorium. Thanks to everyone who works there and who made our stay here useful and enjoyable.Negatives
It was annoying that some of my compatriots stole food from the canteen. Having paid only for breakfast and dinner, they took it from the dining room for lunch. At the same time, none of them were stopped by any of the staff in front of us, although some of them were filling their bags without really hiding.

During the 10 days of stay, the towels were changed once and the bed linen was never changed. Even in African countries, 3 star hotels change all linen every 2 days, and the stay is cheaper. The girls in the cafeteria should dress differently. It is not beautiful and not decent to look like them. A uniform of trousers would suit them. We feel like we have gone back 20 years. The work of the staff (bad) - this means only the dining room and reception. In the latter, they cannot answer a single question regarding the sanatorium; they send it to someone else or the answer is “I don’t know.” It's the 21st century outside.

During treatment at the sanatorium, I fell ill. The head doctor prescribed me treatment for two days in the form of medicine (6 packets of smecta) and tea with crackers. After my amendment, the appointment sheet was returned to me without any changes. In response to my request to restore 4 procedures during my illness, the head doctor refused me in a very rude manner. If I insisted on my way, he was ready to bill me for his examinations, for nurses’ visits with tea and a thermometer to my room, and even for crackers (2 packs). All this was said by the head physician with nervousness and curling his fingers in front of my nose. In a similar case with my tablemate, all procedures were returned to her, I think because she booked through a German travel agency. But I didn’t deserve this attitude towards myself, not even because I’m from Kazakhstan. When two of my friends went to the reception in my defense, the eldest of them (an older woman) shouted at them, which also undeservedly offended them. My friends were from Germany, not the first time vacationing in this sanatorium, they were shocked by such an attitude towards me and them. We decided together that we would never return to this sanatorium.

The big minus is the very poor, ill-thought-out, even humiliating catering for patients. The food itself is not varied; two shifts are very inconvenient. If the first shift needs to be in time for the start early in the morning, later there is a rather meager choice left and it is rarely replenished; it is left for the second shift. The unfriendly staff in the canteen shows with all their appearance that you need to eat quickly, like in the army - the second shift is waiting. When you fill your plate, the staff stands and watches, you get the impression that every slice of cheese is being counted. This is very unpleasant. Everything is reminiscent of canteens in Soviet times or in a hospital. It doesn't look like a good sanatorium. More like a good domestic hospital. The treatment was the same as everywhere else, I didn’t see much of a difference. Our neighbor developed a cough, she was left in her room for 5 days, and the missed procedures were not returned; they said that the doctor came to see you twice instead of procedures. Linen was changed 3 times in 14 days. I am unhappy with my stay at this resort. You can go there only if the goal is to save money. Mostly former compatriots go there, and their trips are partially paid for. Very, very economical.
