I am disabled, 75 years old, on the day of arrival (Saturday) I was given a room far from the elevator. And on my sore legs I walked along the long corridors from my room to the dining room for 1 hour. I specifically noticed the time. I asked for another number. I received a refusal with the explanation that there were no available rooms. An employee of the commercial department will come out on Monday and maybe they will find you a number. In the meantime, wait and be patient. Needless to say, the sanatorium was half empty. Finally, I became completely exhausted and demanded that the receptionist call the marketing department employee at home. The number was found. Then I had to listen to the maid’s dissatisfaction: “You don’t have the right to behave this way, what do you allow yourself... In general, the good days were ruined. But then everything was fine. Wonderful medical staff, treatment nurses. Excellent food: varied, fresh, hot for 5+. If my health allows, I will come next year and only to you.
