Room: synthetic pillows and blankets, floating; The room is cleaned every day, but the quality of the cleaning varies, shower gel, shampoo, and soap were not given to us at all in the first week, until I asked the maid myself, then they began to give us every day. 2. The biggest negative is the DINING ROOM - the quality of the food depends on the cook: there is one shift - everything is delicious, excellent pastries, soft meat; another shift - horror!!! The meat is tough and cannot be cut with a knife; the braid was bought and cut from baked goods! Service is a separate issue, we ran out of toothpicks at the table and they never refilled them. When I showed them the empty jar, the waitress waved her head and walked past. But the most offensive thing was when on 21.01. All Czechs were given two additional donuts with cream for lunch, but we were ignored, simply humiliating! In general, the range of products is very small, few vegetables, fruits, everything is cut into pieces, there is no choice of tea.

The hotel is located in the very center. The building is old and very beautiful with an interesting history. It’s a pity, but the hotel could organize a tour of the building, there is something to see and learn a lot of interesting things. On the third floor, on the clock side, there is a clock mechanism inside the building, we were interested to see it. An extract for the health insurance fund can be ordered for 15 euros per person. . The maids clean every day and change towels upon request. The equipment for the procedures is new. You can rent a robe for 150 CZK for the entire duration of your stay, it’s a pity, but we found out by chance only after three days of our stay. On Saturday there are only some procedures, on Sunday there are no procedures. It is better to come from Monday to Thursday. An interesting technique for carrying out some procedures: whirlpool bath, Kneipp path, Charcot shower are carried out in one room, you go in, undress, wrap yourself in a towel and go to your bath, women's and men's watches, respectively. Parking must be booked in advance and there will be no problems with a parking space.Negatives
The food left a mixed impression. On the one hand, it seems good, but a couple of times I left dinner hungry and had to go to a restaurant. The food was disgustingly prepared. Or rather, it was prepared 9 hours before serving. Dry chicken fillet and overcooked potatoes in a steam oven, fried fish with overdried leeks and a terrible aftertaste that remains if some fish are kept in a frying pan with steam for a long time. Breakfast is monotonous: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelet, oatmeal with milk and cold cuts. Rice or buckwheat would not hurt (at least in the evening), if someone with cholecystitis arrives, then hungry breakfasts are provided. The lunches were delicious and fresh. Orders for lunch and breakfast are made at a special terminal using a card issued by the hotel. If you haven’t made an order for the next day before 10 am, you will eat what they give you without the right to choose. You can feel all this splendor of the order if you arrive on Friday and receive it on Friday. Saturday and Sunday are what you absolutely do not want, since the order for Saturday and Sunday had to be made on Friday before 10 am, on Monday you can still arrange from morning to evening . Juices and beer are available in the dining room for a fee. You need to take money with you to the canteen and pay immediately.

Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces at the sanatorium. As for the food, we got pieces of beef every day with lots of rice or soft noodles. Unfortunately there are no vegetables to eat. Not suitable for vegans or health eaters. Which does not diminish the impression of the competence and punctuality of the employees.

A very careful examination, high-quality procedures are carried out in the sanatorium itself. There is a source of mineral water in the sanatorium itself, there are many springs nearby. If the tests raise any doubts in the doctor, the patient is sent for a second test, which for us was a big plus and an indicator of quality treatment. The schedule of procedures is convenient, everything is quite flexible and procedures can be replaced.
