It was my first time in Karlovy Vary and in this hotel, I really liked it. The staff was very nice. No matter which. I was with my friends and we had a lot of fun. I liked the single room with a view of the Dvorak Gardens (although the picture was spoiled by the renovation of the Garden Colonnade), excellent location in relation to the mineral springs of Karlovy Vary water and the center of the resort area. I didn’t really like the food, although I had enough of everything. I didn’t like how they gave gas injections, it seemed like they were saving on carbon dioxide. For the first time during my stay in KV, I only had a prick in the collar area, although all my joints and spine hurt.

The location of the sanatorium is one of the best. Everything is standard, clear, professional. We had a beautiful spacious room overlooking the park, with chairs and a table in the room. The heating is good, you can regulate it yourself, almost at the minimum was enough for us. The room has a separate toilet, which was especially appreciated.Negatives
There is an unpleasant odor throughout the resort. A mixture of the smell from the dining room, paraffin and something else. Perhaps there is something with the ventilation, it turns out that all the smells mix in the building and do not go outside. During the 11 days of our stay, only 3 massages were prescribed, I would like more.

We rested at the Sadovy Pramen sanatorium from 02.03 to 15.03. We were given a magnificent double Superior room and created excellent conditions for living, treatment and relaxation, for which we are very grateful to the administration of the sanatorium, the maids and the staff of Sanatoriums.com. Treatment in the sanatorium is carried out at a high professional level, medical equipment is of excellent quality, the staff is qualified and very friendly. I also really liked the food, it was delicious and very varied. Cleaning was daily, towels were changed every three days and bed linen was changed three times in thirteen days. Linen and towels are new and very clean. Cleanliness, comfort, peace and quiet are conducive to a wonderful holiday. We are very grateful to the doctor Martin Vaclavik, the head nurse Lucie Vesela, the nurse at the Balneo Michaela Subrtova, all the masseuses (I received four types of massages), the nurses for hydrotherapy, electrotherapy and thermal treatments, as well as the reception staff, the cook, maids and waiters. Thank you so much for the excellent treatment and wonderful stay at the Sadovy Pramen sanatorium!

I liked everything. When I checked in, they gave me a better room (I paid for a single room, but they gave me a double room). It is clear that I came in the low season, but they could not do this... It was very pleasant. The medical work is organized superbly. I felt improvement already on the second day. There were 4-5 procedures per day. The staff is Russian speaking and very friendly. The food is ok. I had half board. That was enough for me. Breakfast is buffet. For dinner there is a menu to choose from. Diet table number 3. I was afraid that it wouldn’t be tasty. But I was surprised. The dishes are prepared with high quality and tasty. The menu included dishes of traditional Czech cuisine, including: carp, duck with cabbage, etc. Now I have started to use less oil at home. I even lost a little weight. I'm very pleased with this. Calm, cozy, organized. I drank water from 3 sources. I walked a lot. The sanatorium is located very well from the springs. I went to the theater. I recommend going to the pastry shop at the Pupp Hotel. Very tasty apple strudel and coffee... I went on excursions on weekends. I advise everyone to rest and receive treatment in Karlovy Vary. After booking places at the sanatorium, I asked several times whether the price of the trip would change down or up in order to know how much money to have with me. I was told twice that the price indicated at the time of booking is fixed and does not change. But when we arrived, we were told that we had to pay more than the amount fixed when booking. We rested in Garden Pramen. Everything is fine. The treatment is decent, although a little peculiar. Differs from the resorts of Kislovodsk. The staff is friendly and very respectful. True, during thermal procedures the nurse reduces the treatment time. He probably thinks we don’t know the standards. We were completely satisfied with the food. High quality. We were going to lose weight and are not picky about food. I liked the location. Booked for October.
