Unpleasant smell of detergents after cleaning, strong fragrances (but this is my impression). There is no gel in the shower, only a small piece of soap for the entire stay. Of course, we bought everything, but it’s inconvenient to immediately run to the store. The food is very monotonous and there is no opportunity to choose dietary dishes; diabetics have a small sandwich for a snack, and rarely a small glass of yogurt. Well, very modestly with food, although there is a nutritionist and a nutritionist. For 2 weeks of stay, the same salads, cucumber, tomato, pepper and carrots. And of course early check-out, 9 am. You arrive, they check in at 14, lunch is over, you leave, you already left at 9, lunch is not allowed. Little things, but they spoil the impression. This is certainly not a sanatorium, a hotel with procedures.

There are no shampoos in the bathroom in the room. Food: breakfast is quite good, lunch and dinner are below average. The food is not tasty, there is no variety of dishes. The request to replace the chosen dish was refused (compared to a stay at the Essennius 3* hotel).

Nutrition needs to be improved both in the quality and variety of snacks. In my room 334 there was a terrible smell in the toilet. The linen was not changed in 8 days, the towels were changed once and their quality was very poor.

The location of the sanatorium is excellent, all sources are nearby. The very center of the resort area. I was very irritated by the light in the hallway of the room, which turns on automatically as soon as someone goes out there. If one of the guests goes to the toilet at night, then a bright light immediately hits the other’s eyes. The same type of problem occurs in the corridors of the sanatorium. The light is powered by movement. If it stops, it goes out immediately. In 11 days the bed linen was not changed even once. Towels are changed 2 times a week.

We rested and received treatment in Karlovy Vary for the first time. We liked the sanatorium and were pleasantly surprised. We were accommodated in a nice spacious room that matched the description. We went to see Dr. Vladimir Polovka. He discussed all the procedures with us in detail. We were satisfied with the treatment, and this is the most important thing. The food corresponds to the sanatorium purpose. The staff is polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is the best of the best. The sanatorium corresponds to 3*.
