We stayed at the sanatorium for 15 nights, the bed linen was not changed even once. We were very busy, so we didn’t raise the issue, we didn’t want to waste time arguing. There are problems with cleaning. Often there is an unpleasant odor from toilet No. 230.

We are very pleased with this hotel. We liked the treatment and procedures, but unfortunately we did not have much time. The hotel is located right in the center and near healing mineral springs, and this is a plus. All procedures are in the building and this is the main thing. Next time we will come only here.

We were in this sanatorium for the second year in a row. Both times we were received by the exquisitely polite, attentive and delicate Doctor Kadlczyk. The course of treatment (we stayed for three weeks) included 47 good procedures. They are released by the hour. No queues. All specialists do their job calmly, without fuss, with respect for the patient. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Helena (electrotherapy, pneumopuncture-3); Mrs. Petru (classical massage); Mrs. Lucia (reflex massage). They always greet you with a kind smile, they work efficiently, in short, they are true professionals in their field. Regarding placement. Both times the rooms were large, bright and always clean (thanks to the three girls who cleaned our rooms every day and conscientiously. Special thanks to them). The food is no frills, but good. You must understand that here is the dietary table of the sanatorium. From this position there are no complaints.Negatives
Quite a lot of people visit the canteen only for breakfast. And in the morning there is a buffet. As a result, a queue forms in the first 15 minutes. But if you come a little later, everything will return to normal.

I didn’t really like it, there was a bad smell from the toilet in the room, there were huge queues for breakfast in the dining room, the staff in the dining room was not friendly, very often there wasn’t even enough porridge, which is the only assortment every day. I’ve been to Karlovy Vary 9 times and never again I want to settle there.

There are “empty” days - weekends and holidays; it is better to fill them with procedures. 4. The procedures are mostly overloaded in the first half. 5.Have there been queues in the cafeteria in recent days? 6.. Maybe it’s worth organizing centralized water delivery for individual patients? 7. Contact with the doctor is needed more and faster than in a week. 8 Perhaps it would be more effective if the doctor gets acquainted with the patient’s problems before his arrival. 9. upon check-in, we were given room 326 (a shabby hospital room with a dirty ceiling) that did not correspond to the one ordered.
