We are relaxing in this sanatorium for the second time. Good, attentive doctor Jaroslav Voboril. Properly prescribed procedures really helped improve my health. Thanks to the administration for good coffee for breakfast and tea with miniature desserts from the chef for dinner (this was not the case last year). The food is quite varied, the portions are good. Dear employees of Sanatoriums.com! Thank you very much for your help in organizing holidays and treatment at the Sadowy Pramen sanatorium-hotel this year. We have vacationed in this hotel several times already, and we have been to Karlovy Vary many times. I would like to especially note the changes for the better this year in treatment and nutrition. The staff working in the various physiotherapy departments were very attentive and friendly and we received all treatments in a timely manner and with great care. In addition, we received all the procedures that my husband and I wanted for us as prescribed by the doctor. He was also very attentive and you could always consult him if there was any emergency. I needed an urgent examination at the local hospital. So within half an hour everything necessary was organized and I was already in the hospital and everything was done quickly and without delay. All my procedures that I could not receive during this time were postponed to another time convenient for me. Additional services were also offered to us. We were especially pleased with the workers who were responsible for our meals in the canteen. Everything was prepared so well and varied! For breakfast there were always two different porridges. Very tasty cheeses and various sausages. And everything else you needed for breakfast was there too. The bread products were of a very good standard; we always received a lot of healthy multi-grain bread and rolls fresh for breakfast. We were especially pleased with the lunches and breakfasts. You can choose everything yourself and order the next day from the 6 options offered (poultry, various meats and fish, a vegetarian dish and just sliced cheese, sausages and ham). Soup was always offered for lunch. A good salad bar and always additionally boiled vegetables and delicious(!) buckwheat porridge. You could only eat it! Excellent espresso coffee and normal coffee from the coffee machine, delicious blueberry tea and others were always there too! In addition, it was possible to make an individual order if there were any special reasons. In general, all the catering staff, from the senior nutritionist to the staff in the hall, were very helpful, attentive and friendly. You could always have a great meal and leave the dining room in a good mood to go about your business. The rooms were always clean and everything you needed was provided. I can confidently say that the Sadovy Pramen Hotel has become even better and I can gladly recommend it for treatment and relaxation for those guests who would like to improve their health and really eat properly and be treated in Charles Bars! Unfortunately, for those who are used to eating differently, it is not suitable. They can look towards Turkey or Egypt, where All inclusive, and you can eat 24 hours a day. I was treated in a sanatorium just during nature’s brightest season...golden autumn, everything is in different colors, the weather is excellent. Regarding the treatment, I saw the doctor on the day of my arrival, they prescribed it according to my requests (I looked at all the treatments and procedures on the website in advance) everything I asked for...that’s all I received, in 2 weeks 37 procedures, all baths and water procedures, unlike other sanatoriums in mineral water are held, taking into account the fact that in the middle of the stay on Monday was the independence day of the Czech Republic and was a day off. Procedures from morning until 15.00 and then walk around Karlovy Vary))))). All the girls performing the procedures speak Russian, they are all sociable and friendly, I liked everything. The location of the sanatorium is ideal....the very center, next to the 15th spring, a park, a pond with geese and pigeons, I went to feed them every day. In general, I managed to do everything, went to Paris, to Prague, and was satisfied. Hello! This year we were there from 10/20/19. until 10.11.19, we like the sanatorium more and more. The weather was very pleasant, the air was piercingly fresh, we walked a lot, went on excursions and at the same time improved our health. Thank you for your work. The hotel greeted us wonderfully, we arrived late in the evening, we were given excellent rooms, they included a kettle, all the necessary dishes and cutlery. We were fed quite well. The staff at reception, procedures and in the dining room do a good job. I am very glad that the sanatorium does not stand still, despite the fact that it is already excellent: the quality of service provision is noticeably increasing. Our stay at the Sadovy Pramen Hotel ended, our second this year: we were in the summer and now, during the “golden autumn”. Karlovy Vary is beautiful at any time of the year! Big changes are noticeable in the hotel; it is clear that the management of the sanatorium is trying to take into account the suggestions of its guests, because everyone, for their part, wants one thing - for it to become better! The hotel has its own “cherry on the cake” - a special attitude towards older people. This distinguishes it from others, starting from the entrance - the door on photocells opens without effort, the “talking” elevator helps you find your way, the seats in the elevator and in the showers, ordering food through the terminal is very clearly visible, you don’t need to write anything, you even have your own little a walking garden for those who have difficulty walking. This is good! I am pleased with the care of the reception and medical staff, Dr. Yaroslav is very attentive. The waiters do their job well - these are Mirek and Vera. The food has improved, but there is still some work to be done: it would be nice to diversify the breakfasts and I would like to brew tea rather than boil it. It is not difficult . I have been coming to this resort for several years. I like the location of this resort. I like the work of the service staff. All the employees of the sanatorium do their work clearly and well. I especially want to note the work of Helena (reflex massage), Lenka (classical massage), Hannah (whirlpool), Alena (dry carbon dioxide bath), the woman who worked on the parafango (October 2019), the woman who worked on the peat bath during the same period, nurses, who gave gas injections, I remembered Yana and Lada and didn’t ask the others’ names, but they all work great. Everyone in the lymphatic drainage office is friendly and professional. All the waiters and waiter work well. I especially remember Zdenka and Idka. I like that in the morning they offer a variety of fruits, several types of cheese and cold cuts. I really like black bread, cottage cheese, honey, sunflower oil. Soups are mostly tasty and healthy, I remember pumpkin soup. The meat is sometimes tough but edible. Delicious salads. The cleaners (I lived on the second floor) do their job well. I was in the sanatorium for 25 days and my linen was changed every week, which was very nice. Towels are changed 2 times a week. The reception staff are always friendly and ready to fulfill any request. I don’t like it when the light comes on in the hallway at night as soon as you step into it (this feature was added after renovation). During the day this is convenient and good, but at night if you need to go to the toilet, then this bright light wakes you up. This is very convenient in the corridors. Я очень рад, что в Вашем отзыве прозвучало также «без завышенных требований», так как в последнее время к нам очень часто начали приезжать клиенты, которые раньше посещали санатория уровня черыре звезды и выше. К сожаелению, не смотря на то, что цена за высокое качество проживания и лечения у нас намного ниже, они привыкли требовать и некоторые услуги, которые санаториум нашего уровня не предлагает, например полное питание формой шведского стола или тапочки и халаты бесплатно, и тд. И не учитывают факт, что за это все они в дорогих санаториях платили совсем другие деньги.
