The first thing I would like to say is that Garden Pramen has a strong medical base. The sanatorium is very famous in the Czech Republic; many people come here to receive comprehensive treatment. The balneocenter has new equipment and pleasant medical staff. I liked the mud and water treatments the most in terms of sensations and effects. They also gave gas injections to the spine area, the procedure, to be honest, was not very pleasant.

The sanatorium has its own spring, and the sanatorium is located so that all the main thermal springs are nearby. The therapeutic base is strong, the mud procedures are very good. All procedures are performed in one building. The sanatorium is clean, bright, quiet and peaceful. The contingent of vacationers were Russians, a few Ukrainians, and a few Germans. The audience is intelligent.

Strong treatment, a very good combination of different procedures, the balneocenter is said to be one of the best in the resort. The doctor prescribed treatments in thermal water. The effect began to be felt after about 7 days. They say correctly that you need to come for 25 days to get serious treatment. In Garden Pramen one can feel a serious approach to organizing treatment. The rooms are renovated, everything is quite new, we rested comfortably. The food is satisfactory, although at the beginning of the second week of stay the menu began to get boring.

We are glad that we chose treatment at Garden Pramen. In all respects the resort is good. Of course, the atmosphere in the sanatorium is very similar to a hospital, but we did not experience any discomfort.

The treatment is at the same level, there is no superficial approach to the procedures, which, unfortunately, is already felt in some hotels in Karlovy Vary. I especially liked Garden Pramen because of its location. The room has a good view of the resort center.

The hotel building itself has a very convenient location - in the very center of the city, next to the springs. The orientation of our room's window was also convenient - it faced the river, no vehicles drove under the windows. All the staff speak good Russian, so there is no language barrier.
