The room was very dirty. Almost no cleaning was done. There was dust under the bed that had accumulated over the years (even though the room was a luxury room). The bed linen is torn and has holes. There were also some towels with holes in them. The rubbish lay in pieces on the landing for more than a week. We left, but the garbage remained. The location of the hotel is mediocre. Sometimes it was stressful to run through the mountains. In fact, the third tier was created. The slope is quite serious. This was nowhere to be seen when viewed on the website. The food is quite mediocre (sometimes delicious, sometimes we had to eat in cafes, which are quite expensive in this area).

We were treated at the Morava Hotel for the first time. We really liked everything! The staff is very kind and helpful, the quality of treatment is at the highest level. The food is tasty and healthy, there are always vegetables and fruits on the table. The location of the sanatorium is convenient, the view from the balcony is beautiful, the whole city is at your fingertips .Have a nice rest.

Very thoughtful. Sanatorium. Therefore, without pickles, fried foods, mayonnaise, various pastries and huge portions... Fruits every day. There is always a vegetarian dish (if it’s important to anyone). Great location. If you are high up, there is an elevator in the castle tower, which greatly facilitates the accessibility of the hotel. But I wouldn’t recommend it to people with arthritis and the very elderly. The exit goes straight to the geyser. Very beautiful. Easy into the forest. Convenient for walking. We open the window and hear the violinist at the geyser playing Strauss waltzes. Romance! There are 2 construction sites nearby. started right on the 20th of April. Noisy during the day. BUT it’s not dusty, and since the taboo people are Czechs and Turks, what they say is not clear. Really very good place. But keep in mind that the sanatorium is located on a hill, and you will have to walk up and down to the springs three times every day. For those who like to walk, this is, on the contrary, a big plus. Excellent medical base. Massages are especially good. I did it with Radek. It is great! Within a week I was back on my feet.

Hotel "Morava" left an unpleasant impression. The manager very rudely forced me to return the apple to the dining room. I didn’t think it was possible to attack vacationers because of such nonsense. Don't waste your money on hotels where vacationers irritate the staff so much. It’s better to choose another hotel and live in a good environment where we are welcome! Procedures last 10-15 minutes, the pool is also a procedure. I chose this hotel because the description said that the hotel had a swimming pool, but in a week I was allowed to visit it only twice, at an inconvenient time for me. There is no sense in such treatment. For a week it is better to take a regular hotel with normal food. Do not take 2 meals a day at this hotel, you will be hungry. Three times is probably normal.
