We stayed at the Morava Hotel from January 1 to January 15, 2020. We came for the second time. Just like last year, we were very pleased with our vacation and treatment. During check-in, there was a slight misunderstanding regarding our wishes regarding a specific room, but literally after a couple of days Mrs. Batova resolved the problem and we moved to the room we needed. But the rest is only positive. I would really like to note the wonderful attitude of all the hotel staff, especially the medical department. After all, we came primarily to improve our health. In our opinion, starting with Dr. Ladislav’s appointment, the treatment process is organized clearly and competently. The work of nurse Alena and masseuse Katya is simply above all praise - everything is on time, without queues or delays, with a smile, as are the nurses in the hydropathic clinic. Unfortunately, we didn’t find out her name. While walking, we accidentally met a couple vacationing in another hotel, also 3 stars, shared their impressions of the quality of procedures, in particular massages, gas injections, and realized that we were very lucky. And they became very interested in Morava. I would also like to note the work of the waitresses Tatiana and Martina. Always smiling, friendly, trying to help if you need anything. Some reviews saw negativity about the quality and variety of food, but for the second year we didn’t notice anything. We ordered 2 meals a day - breakfast and dinner, so for two weeks the dishes for dinner were never repeated. There is always fruit. Well, the porridge for breakfast is top notch as always. And of course we can’t ignore Olya, who works at the reception. Sweet, friendly, it was always interesting to just talk with her and learn something. For those who don’t already know, the hotel is very conveniently located in relation to the springs, especially the geyser, which is usually prescribed for the first drink of water. And the presence of an elevator makes it even more convenient. We dream of coming back again in a year!Positives

Процедуры были переделаны физиотерапевтом в соответствии с пожеланием клиентки, к сожалению, не все процедуры получилось поменять с учётом загруженного отеля. There was no water for one day, the procedures were canceled and they replaced me with a salt cave. There was no choice. There was a gymnastics procedure in the pool. I was alone and I was told that they wouldn’t work with me alone. The time was set at 12:30. lunch time, I believe that deliberately, because... Before lunch you need to drink water from the springs 45 minutes before, and lunch before 14-00. You skip lunch or a procedure. According to reviews from vacationers, the water in the pool is cold. The second appointment was conducted by a different doctor, who did not measure my blood pressure and asked a couple of superficial questions. I asked to change from gymnastics in water to another procedure. The doctor changed it to aquamassage, but it didn’t suit me (my blood pressure rose). As a result, there was not a single gymnastics and in two weeks there were 3 water procedures, I refused the rest, and I did not go for aquamassage again. Indifferent staff. Cuisine: the food is good, but the menu is limited. Lunch: salads from cabbage, carrots and beets, dinner the same salads, only from the refrigerator. Hot is normal. There was no milk for tea, except in the morning, there was never lemon for tea, they poured already brewed tea, there was no choice. Upon request, the waiters brought hot water in a small kettle.
