The food is monotonous, the salads are the same every day. It feels like every day they add to the old ones and give them again. The doctor is rude and doesn’t explain anything about the procedures. And if you take the wrong procedure, changing it is very problematic. The pool is small, the sauna, as a procedure, you can’t beg for it, only for money. The transfer also leaves much to be desired. It’s good if a sober driver comes and takes you where you need it and who you need! We were unlucky in this regard; it ended up taking us 9 hours to get home instead of 5. Лечащий врач компетентно и профессионально назначает необходимое лечение в соотношение с состоянием здоровья каждого пациента. В перечне процедур включены: бассейн, сауна и они назначаются также по мере необходимости. Дополнительные процедуру по желанию можно докупить по договоренности с лечащим врачем. I had to pay for a doctor's appointment and a prescription at another hotel. I'm upset. Last year there was no such problem. Now I will check the possibility of issuing a prescription before booking your hotel.

Morning procedures should be scheduled so that you can eat in peace without fear of being late. At least not at 7-30, but at 8-00. Sometimes we had to interrupt breakfast. And we must take into account that not everyone can do “lying down” procedures after breakfast. For example, those with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are not allowed.

We stayed in the sanatorium from March 17 to March 30. We would like to thank the administration for the excellent accommodation. We booked very good apartments for a family. This is our third time in Morava, and I would like to note that the cuisine is great now, there is a new chef. Not a single dish was repeated in 14 days. Thanks to the girls at the reception, they are attentive and helpful. Alena is great, as always. Mira is a good massage therapist. Thank you everyone, we didn’t want to leave, we want to come back again and again.

An excellent option at an affordable price, 2 steps from 1 source. Everything inside is clean and cozy, renovated. All the staff are friendly and happy to help with any questions. An excellent massage from Michal and recommendations for further work with the body. Pearl baths and other water treatments brought the skin to a velvety state. The famous gas injections are also given here. There is a swimming pool and Kneipp path, a steam sauna and a salt cave. The food here is varied, but not always dietary. As a person who strictly follows the 5p diet, I had to be very careful in choosing and drinking enzymes, especially the first week. And with the second it is already much easier, since the mineral water does its job, at the end of the rest, digestion has noticeably improved and I even stopped taking enzymes.

We really liked the hotel. Quiet environment on the edge of the forest. Very close to thermal springs. A small swimming pool with massage jets and countercurrent, steam sauna, a cozy relaxation area with panoramic views of Karlovy Vary on the 6th floor. You can use the fitness room in the basement at any time. Spa treatments are good. The Finnish sauna in the basement can also be used in the evening for an additional fee. Medical staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel rooms are clean. Special praise for the kitchen: friendly service, alternating dietary dishes. We would like to give "tips" to all restaurant employees, unfortunately there was no box for this :-(. As a tip for some who don't want to drink black tea every day - take your own favorite tea with you, then ask the server for a pot of cooking water. We did Kindly always received. Unfortunately, some spa treatments were not available, such as mud bags, gymnastics in the pool, respiratory gymnastics, Pilates, shock wave therapy, only for an additional charge :-(.
