In the medical department, the procedures were carried out on time according to the schedule, although the schedule changed three times during the 12 nights of our stay, it is clear that the workers are sick and need to be replaced by someone. Breakfasts were monotonous, but voluminous. The dinners were very filling, good sized portions, we ate everything. The rooms were cleaned every day. In general, the rest and treatment went well. We were upset when we were given a schedule of procedures, where we saw that the treatment procedures had been cut and replaced with a swimming pool. For dinner, only meat was served and potatoes were often served as a side dish; I really wanted fish and stewed vegetables, but alas. Due to the large number of vacationers, breakfast and dinner were divided into two shifts, this is also not very convenient, especially in the morning, when you have to run for procedures, and you have to be in the dining room at that time, or the first shift is not in a hurry to leave the table after eating.

The dining room was very narrow and there was a lot of crowding at the buffet. You couldn't keep your distance. Only the floors in the rooms were cleaned. After 2 weeks there was a thick layer of dust on the furniture, not to mention the bathroom. It was very loud. We heard the pumps from the swimming pool.

We rested for 2 weeks in the Morava sanatorium. Very good sanatorium, excellent treatment. The procedures were chosen competently and generously, a very kind doctor. A room with all amenities. The staff is very friendly, there are no queues for procedures. The food at the sanatorium is simply superb, always fresh baked goods, very tasty soups, incredible main courses and very large portions. A wonderful hotel, cozy and calm. The service staff is friendly and helpful. For three weeks I enjoyed the wonderful panorama from the window and the rising sun. Everything is compact and perfectly organized. . The pool surprised me because everything in it functioned (from personal experience, this rarely happens), underwater massage, waterfall. The burnt-out light bulb in the bathroom was replaced almost instantly, without my reminding, everyone in their place fulfills their duties conscientiously. The hotel has organized places where you can gather, sit and talk. The hotel has a welcoming spirit. The food is fully consistent with three stars. There are enough procedures, the quality is excellent. I thank the hotel team for perfectly organizing my stay there.

The sauna in the pool did not work for three days. I arrived on Thursday, the doctor saw me on Friday, the procedures were prescribed on Monday, three days were idle. Bad impression from the old doctor Polivka, not a single massage was prescribed. We arrived on Sunday, the doctor was only there on Monday, although he previously worked on Sunday. Treatment is not carried out on Saturday and Sunday; the promised 3 procedures include a small pool with ordinary water or a salt cave - I had 7 caves instead of the really necessary procedures. It is impossible to replace these procedures with other, more useful ones. Everything is done so that people buy additional procedures.
