During the entire stay there were no cons, the rooms are warm, cozy, beautiful views from the room and the pool (it is under the roof, small, with a counter-current, with a relaxation area and a steam room). There are many treatment rooms, new baths, gas injections, a salt room. There is a forest nearby, many aquariums, a wall of running water - you feel comfortable, taking a break from the bustle of the city. Although Morava is located on a hill, it is not far from the center, and there is an elevator down the street, you will find it in the yellow tower.

I was in heaven. The quality of treatment, food, accommodation and staff work deserves only the highest score. Very friendly people and a very inviting environment in the sanatorium to have a great rest and improve your health. From now on I will only go to this sanatorium. The location of the resort is very good. All the sources are close, and if you need to walk a little in the morning to a slightly distant source as prescribed by a doctor, this is only a plus. Very dark rooms. Far from being a diet food (excessive salt in food). Therapeutic procedures last shorter than in other hotels. (For example, the timer for a therapeutic bath is turned on as soon as you enter the room, but you still need to undress and lie down in that same bath). During our two weeks at the hotel, we never did a normal wet cleaning of the room; we only took out a bag of trash. It’s inconvenient to get from the room to the procedures (it’s easy to get lost). Poor quality treatment (general massage).

The staff of the Morava Spa Hotel as a whole left a pleasant impression. People try to the best of their ability, it is very noticeable and pleasant. If possible, they will always meet the client's wishes. I really liked the doctor, Mrs. Yana, - a competent and pleasant lady. The cleanliness of the rooms is almost perfect, the maid Zdena is simply smart. I would also like to note the work of the massage therapist Totya. There is no hackwork (which is not uncommon for massage in spa hotels and sanatoriums of Karlovy Vary), everything is done conscientiously and professionally.Negatives
Now what I didn't like. Oxygen therapy is only 20 minutes. I didn’t know this, this procedure usually lasts 60 minutes. The food is simply terrible. Of course, no one expected anything supernatural in a three-star hotel. But the cook could ruin the simplest dishes. The food was often over-salted, with greasy gravy, endless pasta and almost always absolutely tasteless soups. I had to go to dinner at other places with full board. I also didn’t like the lack of black tea even for breakfast. As a result, in the second week of my stay I got a stomach ache and had to see a doctor and take pills. The hotel's location is good, close to the springs and in a quiet place, but you need to take into account that there is a climb. There is a swimming pool and a salt cave. Borbora /visiting cosmetologist/ is a scammer who extracts huge amounts of money from clients for fake beauty injections. I gave her 600 euros without a receipt, it’s unclear why. She has an amazing gift of persuasion. The first time I was robbed like this was with my consent. She's a fraud.

I really liked the hotel. So much so that three weeks was not enough. I regarded the location on a slight hill as a huge plus. In three weeks my muscles noticeably tightened. She returned home not only healthy, but also slim and beautiful. I’m so picky about food, so they accommodated me and cooked it the way I asked. I didn’t notice any downsides for this attitude towards my clients. Thanks to literally everyone who took part in organizing our holiday!

In the mornings the hot water was often turned off. There is no separate menu for diabetics; the side dishes are almost always potatoes, rice, and pasta. Vegetable side dishes are almost never served. No air conditioning in the room. If you have problems with your legs or shortness of breath, it is better to settle lower and closer to the sources
