We stayed in January-February 2017. We liked everything. The food is varied and tasty. You can choose both meat and fish. The staff is friendly and fulfills the requests of clients (they asked to change the ordered lunch for dinner due to a late check-in and never refused to make a packed lunch instead of lunch if they were leaving for the whole day). Dinner, by the way, can be ordered at the hotel on any day. It turns out cheaper than in a cafe and the quality is no worse.Negatives

My family and I visited the sanatorium in the first half of January 2016. In principle, I liked everything. Location: a little on the hill away from the springs, but it’s a 5-minute walk to them, there is an elevator during the daytime directly to the springs. The view is amazing. We had a room with a view of both the city and the forest. It’s very convenient for those who like walking, it took me and my child about 10 minutes to get to the viewing platform “Deer Leap.” I think in the summer it’s generally very beautiful, probably. And most importantly, it’s quiet, there’s no such flow of tourists under the windows as there, where the colonnades are located. Food: yes, quite acceptable, all the dishes, although simple in appearance, are cooked with a small amount of oil, the food is not at all greasy, it is satisfying for the stomach and not particularly heavy. Every day there is a choice of fish and meat. The staff is quite friendly, the rooms are cleaned quickly (while you are undergoing procedures). The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable. I really liked the doctor. The only negative is that there is no parking. But this can all be solved.

We rested in Morava for 2 weeks. Impressions are the most positive. Clean, comfortable, homely hotel. The food was tasty and varied. Breakfast is a buffet, the choice of dishes is small, but you won’t leave hungry. Lunch and dinner - choice from a 2-course menu plus freely available vegetable salads. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. The procedures were carried out efficiently, there were no queues, it was easy to agree to change the time (except for massage) in order to find time for a walk. A big advantage of the hotel is the presence of a salt cave. The pool is small, if more than 6 people gather, it’s already crowded, so it is prescribed as a procedure. I think that for a 3* hotel this is the optimal combination of price and quality.Negatives
There was no negativity. The only negative is the location on the mountain. It is difficult for older people to go and drink water 3 times a day. True, in the middle of the descent there is an elevator, on which you can quickly go down to the springs.

We stayed at the Morava Hotel for the second time, we were there in September, now it’s the end of December - the beginning of January. Once again we were convinced that in Karlovy Vary you need to stay at the Morava Spa Hotel. This is confirmed by the proximity of the springs, the journey to which takes a few minutes and is combined with a useful, feasible load when climbing uphill on the way from the springs, and normal treatment, including all basic procedures, and the excellent work of the staff. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the doctor Yana Vellerova, Martina, Alena at the reception, the excellent professional nurse Alena, the fine master massage therapist Mira (Miroslav), Monika (restaurant) and other hotel staff. It is felt that the owners of the family hotel, Itka Bateva and the Batya brothers, are constantly concerned about improving the quality of their guests’ stay (for example, compared to September, the chairs in the salt cave were replaced with new, more comfortable ones; in my opinion, the food has improved). Well, the traditional cordiality, friendliness, friendliness and hospitality of the hosts made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Already booked the Morava Hotel for September 2017.Negatives

The hotel is cozy and small. The food is varied and tasty; in two weeks the cook almost never repeated himself. Special thanks to Dr. Mrs. Yana, she is very attentive and professional in her field. The procedures were carried out exactly on time, the staff was polite and friendly. Room cleaning is done daily. The holiday met our expectations and even more. I recommend the hotel for a quality, relaxing and inexpensive holiday.
