We are very pleased with our stay and treatment at the Morava Spa Hotel. The service is friendly. All staff speak Russian. The rooms are comfortable. We were vacationing with our adult granddaughter, so they gave us a room consisting of two rooms - one large room divided into 2 halves. Those. we had separate living space. I regarded this as respect for vacationers. The food is good. And, unusually, there was hot tea for lunch and dinner. And for breakfast, in the dining room, you could make good coffee from a vending machine. Who else wanted coffee, there is also a machine on the 6th floor. but for a fee - 25 CZK. The drinking pump rooms can be accessed both by elevator and stairs. My rating is everything is excellent.Negatives

Wonderful cozy hotel. Situated on a hill, so be prepared for a slight climb even after taking the elevator. However, thanks to this location you get a wonderful view of Karlovy Vary, silence and proximity to mountain walking paths. Moreover, all the colonnades are within walking distance - very convenient. The hotel staff is very welcoming and hospitable. Everyone speaks Russian, which certainly creates additional comfort. During my stay at the hotel I did not meet any foreign-speaking guests: Russian-speaking people gathered here from all over the world: from Germany, Moldova, Ukraine and, of course, Russia. The beds, mattresses, pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is clean and of good quality. All procedures are carried out in good faith, no one is lying, unlike many of our sanatoriums.Negatives
While studying the location of the hotel, we assumed that the windows facing the opposite side of the city should look at the forested mountainside and expected to get a beautiful view. But you need to be prepared for the fact that the rock comes very close to the windows, which is why in such rooms there is twilight and a feeling of being in a pit is created. Therefore, I recommend not saving and booking a room with a city view - it’s worth it. It is necessary to take into account that the choice of products for breakfast (buffet) is very modest, and lunch and dinner (varied and tasty) are chosen from three proposed options (this, of course, is not a drawback with three stars, but must be taken into account). We stayed at the Morava Spa Hotel from 27.09. to 10/12/2019. Upon arrival, we were immediately placed in a room, a room on the 2nd floor (1 according to the numbering of the hotel floors), a good room with a view of the geyser and the Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene. They fed us lunch. The room was cleaned almost daily, even on weekends. All hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you all so much, we are planning to come again in April 2020. То что касается оздоровительной гимнастики, гимнастику можно получить в качестве процедуры, 3 раза в неделю, процедура длится 15 минут, далее самостоятельное плавание. Вы правы, 1 раза гимнастика была завершена на 5 минут раньше, по технический причинам. Спасибо за понимание.

Dr. Ladislav Polivka conducted two wonderful consultations and prescribed exactly those procedures for my husband and me that helped improve our condition. Massage therapist Michal Batya is a professional of the highest class, this includes therapeutic massage, therapy, consultations, and a properly selected set of rehabilitation exercises. Nurses Alena and Katya are competent and friendly. The restaurant employees are above all praise: a wonderful qualified cook, hardworking, friendly waitresses, I would especially like to note the excellent work of Monica, who helps guests feel the homely atmosphere of the restaurant. The food is delicious, varied, there are different dishes to choose from for lunch and dinner, the portions are large, there is fruit every day. There is an opportunity to gather for tea or coffee in a cozy lounge with a beautiful panorama of the city on the 6th floor. The maids do a high-quality cleaning and often change linen and towels.
