We rested for a week in the Morava sanatorium. A wonderful holiday, wonderful treatment, a large number of procedures. Despite the fact that we were on an excursion for one day, the entire range of procedures, and there were 16 of them, was saved for us. A very cozy hotel in Retro style, family-run, compact, very clean, guest-oriented. Our room had a view of the city with a small balcony, very comfortable, bright and spacious, despite the "standard" category. Cleaning is daily and very thorough. Other hotel rooms overlooking the forest are less comfortable, because... their windows directly overlook the rocks. Such rooms seem gloomy and less attractive, but they also have their advantages - absolute silence and nostalgic romance. Friendly staff, professional nurses, wonderful massage therapist Dr. Miroslav Mira. The food cannot be called varied, there was a lack of fresh fruits, vegetables and desserts, but...on the 6th floor of the hotel there is a tea room where you can drink any kind of tea (free) or coffee at any time (30 CZK, approximately 1.20 euros) overlooking an unforgettable panorama of the city. Ideal location of the hotel. At the same time at the edge of the forest and very close to the city center. We are very pleased with our stay and service, we will definitely stay in Morava again. The food is ok, but could be improved. There were no vegetables or herbs or lettuce for breakfast. For lunch, dessert (pie, cake, etc.) was superfluous; it should have been moved to dinner. The apples are substandard, the grapes and plums are unripe. First of all, I would like to say that I would not like to single out any of the staff separately. The fact is that it all started from the reception - we were greeted very warmly and with a smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable, cleaning was done every day by very friendly women. In the restaurant, the food for *** stars is quite tasty and the service staff is very friendly and only with a smile. Well, as for the medical staff, I would say they are very helpful and attentive, they only met us with all questions. In addition to everything that I have listed, The opinion is this: if Morava has *** and the sanatorium is rated out of five, then it’s a solid five. Thank you very much to everyone who served us and all the best! PS The only thing is that this sanatorium is located on a hill, but after walking three hundred meters there is a city elevator that will take you straight to the city. It was Morava's first time relaxing at the spa hotel. I booked it on Sanatoriums.com. I chose the hotel based on the comments. And I was not mistaken. I had a wonderful rest. We stayed at the “Morava” sanatorium from 02.23.20-03.14.20. We booked the “PRAGA” sanatorium, but settled in “MORAVA”. We lived with a friend in the same room. Scheduled procedures. Duration of procedures according to stated time. All the staff, from the maid to the doctor, work with their souls (there is something to compare with) there are no indifferent people. We can say that this sanatorium is a team of like-minded people, and not a collection of random people. Thank you all so much for your care and attention. Wonderful massage therapists Miroslav and Sonya. Alena and Katya on the 6th floor are always helpful in resolving issues regarding the schedule of procedures, pneumopuncture, baths, restaurant, all great guys. I rested again in my favorite MORAVE. I like everything there! At the reception there are always smiling and good-natured girls Lena and Martina, responsive and attentive medical staff: Dr. Polevko, physiotherapist Mikhail, nurses Alena, Taiza, people know and love their work. The cooks try very hard and they manage to prepare delicious, dietary dishes, they always take into account the wishes of vacationers, the girls and the guy in the restaurant are always friendly. You feel at home. In conclusion, I want to say that Karlovy Vary is a wonderful place, everything you see around has a very positive effect on the body, here you are treated with your eyes, and of course the water!!! On the issue of the “terrible” coronavirus....this is where people survived during the PLAGUE, because there is magic water that you need to drink and take baths and of course believe that the “gray wolf” is not terrible!

Those arriving at the hotel should know that on the first and last day of arrival there is no provision for lunch or treatment, no treatment is provided on Saturday and Sunday, the promised 3 procedures include a small pool with ordinary water or a salt cave. It is impossible to replace these procedures with other, more useful ones. For manual massage you can count on no more than 3 procedures per week. If you know these disadvantages, you won’t be shocked by the number of procedures
