Good cuisine, a buffet in the morning with a good selection of dishes, lunch and dinner to choose from three offered, very friendly staff, excellent medical facilities. I liked everything very much despite the fact that the hotel only has 3 stars, the service was excellent, the food was excellent. We were on vacation with a small child under 2 years old. Hello everybody! I'll try to keep it short and in order. We came to Karlovy Vary for the first time, on the recommendation of relatives. They were at Morava and recommended it to us. From the threshold they began to be surprised and admired. Helena met us at the reception. An incredibly attentive and patient person. As soon as we mentioned that we were asking for a room with a balcony, she immediately agreed to our request. We went up to the room and, excuse me, were “stunned” by the view of the whole city at a glance. Doctor Svetlana Palchik!!! A high-class professional and also a very attentive person. In addition to two appointments, we contacted her twice more, she listened and gave practical advice. Thank you Doctor! Next meeting with two wonderful nurses Alena and Katya. (procedures on the 6th floor) left a lot of pleasant memories, as we met with them every day. With Alena a little less (I went on vacation), but with Katyusha it’s only two weeks. Amazing massage master. (after her massage I wanted to fly) and as a specialist in all other procedures, she is simply irreplaceable). And finally, I would like to express a huge personal thank you to everyone who fed us, from the cook and kitchen workers, to the waitresses and those who put things in order in the hall! There are magical memories left! We will definitely come again! And advertising from us. The best agency for wonderful travel is "Art Travel". This was my third time staying at the Morava Hotel. In 2016 - with three grandchildren, in 2017 - with one grandson, this year - one. Everything was great: the service of the doctor, the waiters in the dining room, the maids, and most importantly, the execution and maintenance of the procedures. The service staff is always polite; if difficulties arise or procedures are postponed, they respond very quickly. The accommodation was always satisfactory. The food is sanatorium (gentle), so there are no complaints. I am very pleased with the location of the sanatorium. This hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and salt mine.Negatives

It's hard to walk up the hill to the hotel. I didn't really like the food, especially breakfast and dinner. Lunch is delicious. It’s a pity that the salt cave was not working, which is why I chose this hotel. The pool is very small. There are three people in it - that's already a lot.

This is our second time vacationing in Morava. We deliberately chose this hotel because of its excellent location and views of our favorite resort. The work of the staff in placing and cleaning the room is beyond praise. Any issue was resolved quickly and positively for us. This time we were simply horrified by the cuisine and the dishes on the menu. As always, we took half board - breakfast, dinner. In winter, breakfasts were completely satisfied with the presence of cottage cheese, edible cereals, and a selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Nowadays they “cook” raw porridge for breakfast. The cook simply doesn’t know how (doesn’t want) to cook them properly! Liquid, sour yogurt did not make me want to have breakfast. We tried lunch (at the suggestion of the waitresses, whose work we have no complaints about), but it only got worse. The soup is a bouillon cube with finely chopped overcooked vegetables, the taste of which is terrible. The hot meat dish is ALWAYS over-salted. We were forced to completely give up eating in the Morava canteen due to problems that arose (the terrible food caused an exacerbation of problems with the gastrointestinal tract). We weren't the only ones complaining about the food at the hotel! If the management of the sanatorium does not change its food policy and does not pay attention to the kitchen, the number of Morava fans will very quickly decrease sharply. It's a pity! Уважаемая Галина Пургина, Каждый день проверяем качество пищи, питается здесь весь персонал и других жалоб от клиентов не получали. Суп готовится исключительно из свежих продуктов и мяса, никогда не используют бульонный кубик. На завтрак стараются готовить кашу для диеты, одна на молоке и одна на воде по желанию клиентов. Вы в течении своего пребывания ничего не сказали на счёт питания не на рецепции и не в столовой. Мы все жалобы и претензии решаем прямо на кухне и в столовой с официантками и поваром.
