We vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the first time. Thanks to your website, we chose what we think is a wonderful hotel (in terms of accommodation). We lived on the 5th floor overlooking the city. The mountains and the city are in front of us. Small balcony. The music of street musicians can be heard in the room. The colonnades are a 7-minute walk away. Walk and drink some water, walk and drink. While exploring the surrounding area, I liked to walk a lot: uphill and downhill. The food is of a good standard: the portions are very large, the decoration is beautiful. We enjoyed our vacation! The architecture of the houses, the mountainous and hilly terrain, the availability of excursions, there are no problems with the “language”, organ evenings... We will go again someday! We were quite satisfied with the food, although the choice was not so large, but there were no repeats on the menu for two weeks. High-quality work of the cooks and excellent work of the staff in the hall; if necessary, dry rations were quickly prepared for the trip. Room cleaning is of high quality, timely replacement of towels, linen and bathroom consumables. Reception staff promptly help resolve issues. There may be a slight minus, the oxygen therapy procedure time is only 20 minutes; previously, during treatment in other sanatoriums, we had such a procedure for 50-60 minutes. But overall, I liked the treatment, and the sanatorium doctor, Yana Gellerova, pleased me with her informal reception of patients. There was no second doctor's examination (There should have been two). He was not included in the treatment card and nothing was said. A visit to the pool is equated to medical procedures and is included in the treatment card. Is the pool a treatment? When visiting the baths, they are forced to purchase disposable caps from them in cash (40 CZK). At the same time, no one gives either a receipt or a copy of the receipt. In other sanatoriums, such disposable caps simply lie in the bathroom, but in this one you need to pay money to “take” a bubble bath. The doctor does not indicate the number of procedures, and the specialist in drawing up the treatment card determines the number of visits at his own discretion. Inhalation -4, and massage - 6. Why? The impression was: “Take what they give!” and say “Thank you” for your own money. I will not go to this resort again.

I liked everything. Everyone is friendly and always accommodates requests. Excellent treatment, view of the city from the window. It was convenient that all procedures took place before lunch, then there was time for long walks. It's an uphill walk from the springs to the hotel, but there is an elevator in the castle tower that can take you up this climb.
