In room 501, the sconce hung very low above the pillow and the wire was stretched over the pillow; the repairman never came to rehang the sconce. In the toilet, the toilet paper holder hangs around the corner of the wall along which the toilet is located 😁 During one procedure/pool out of two, the steam room near the pool did not work. There is no message on the pages of the hotel and sanatoriums.com that the city elevator has not been working for the second month (time of stay 05.21-27.23). Because of this problem, going down the mountain to the water sources and up to the hotel three times a day is problematic for people with musculoskeletal problems. Before booking this hotel, ask if the city elevator is working. return transfer - a tire on the minibus broke, we stood for almost 4 hours and waited for technical assistance, in the heat. There was no jack on the bus.

We vacationed with a group of two families. I liked everything very much: treatment, food, staff. The food is like in a restaurant, the portions are large, and in two weeks the dishes were never repeated. Treatment at its best. The staff is friendly and responds to all requests and comments quickly. Rooms are cleaned every day. We hope to return here, perhaps more than once. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

The sanatorium is located in close proximity to the main source, but on a hill and consists of several combined buildings. There is a dining room on the ground floor, the food is excellent, you can take only breakfast, breakfast, dinner or full board. The sanatorium has a pleasant homely atmosphere, health improvement right on the spot, you don’t have to go anywhere. The doctor examines and prescribes procedures. There are a variety of procedures - gas injections, baths, massages, etc. I am very pleased with the treatment, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, newly renovated, regularly cleaned, on the 6th floor there is a common room with a magnificent view of the city where you can drink tea in the evening together and chat. We are incredibly pleased with our holiday and treatment here!!! This hotel was one of the best choices, because we received both treatment and pleasure from being treated, we really liked everything, especially the staff, it’s a huge advantage when such helpful people work!, in the dining room Tanechka, massage therapist Michal, Sonya, Alena, the doctor who was at the appointment - everyone was friendly and kind! A waiter in a restaurant, we don’t know his name, but he’s very pleasant, sweet, smiling! Another highlight of the hotel was evening tea in the relaxation room, a swimming pool, and the rooms were excellent!!! We will come again and bring our children and grandchildren! We honestly didn’t find any downsides... everyone probably has their own problems and principles. The location may be difficult for some to walk uphill, but it is so good for health! Even for us this was not a minus.

The road to the sanatorium is partly uphill. People with movement problems should take this fact into account. But in general, this can also be taken as an additional fitness procedure if there are no health problems.

The food is monotonous and there are few fish dishes. Salads to choose from are only cabbage, carrots, beets. The portions are large, but the choice of dishes on the menu is not very large. Dinner is generally rather weak. The view from the window of the rock overgrown with moss is certainly sad. In the video this act looked much more fun.

We rested at the Morava hotel for the first time in August 2022. The location is convenient, close to the springs. We stayed in a deluxe room with a wonderful panoramic view of the city. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, the staff was pleasant and friendly. Most speak Russian for the convenience of vacationers. We thank Martina at the reception for her attention and good attitude. I liked the food very much. It fits the profile of the resort - for breakfast, delicious cereals, omelettes, sausages and wonderful pastries. For lunch and dinner, they offered a choice of two dishes, and they were also delicious (we liked the puree soups). We would like to note the good work of the restaurant staff Pavel and Tatyana. The sanatorium is large, several buildings are combined together and it feels like you are walking through a labyrinth. We had a deluxe room, but to be honest, a deluxe room looks different to me. The room is in an old style, wooden furniture and this causes a stale smell in the room. There are no complaints about the bathroom. The treatment was optimal, but unfortunately we didn’t get what we wanted, but they prescribed a swimming pool and a steam bath, which we could, according to the idea, go to at any time. Of course, I wanted the food to be more varied. Breakfast was normal, but for lunch and dinner, apart from cabbage salad, sliced beets and grated carrots, there were not enough fresh vegetables. Hot food was brought to our table. I must say, sometimes we remained hungry.
